Anyone else hear of this?
by Tahoe ina jw family member informed me they are filling out an application to preach the truth in israel.
interested ones in the congregation were asked to start saving now, as the cost of the flights would be their own responsibility.
the time frame for this preaching work is for a couple of weeks in may/june 2017. the applications are to be turned in this sunday.

I'll take the if, that's as close as we're gonna get. In a nutshell:
It don't matter what you want to take.
Given:God is a variable in the gt, what is meant by the gt in terms of God= What did the Bible writers mean?Some people have taken the time to read a a Novel or a Poem and have actually thought about what the writer is trying to say to the reader. It don't matter who wrote the book or whether the characters are real or fiction.
Since God is part of the GT, one cannot discuss the GT without including God ;hence my post using God with the GT is a valid interpretation whether you want to take it or not -does not invalidate my interpretation of what the BIble writers meant. Therefore, this thread is not about disproving the existence of God, it is about the GT and IF trump has any function in the GT events.
I would like to move on. Tired.

Have I not been discussing another interpretation of the gt with van? So how could I not be aware of it. And even if I did not have such conversation with van posted to prove that ai am aware, it is an axiom that I must be aware of it. So how could you possible reach such a wrong conclusion from a parse in a sentence, that I meant that the existence of God is only a variable with the jw interpretation on the gt. In the context of all of my posts on this Forum and common sense you should have understood what I meant. The existence of God is not subjective, the gt is, but how could the gt or the bible possible be subjective to wt interpretations. Isn't that an axiom too?!
However, it is logical to subject the gt to wt interpretation in the context of wt interpretation posted by me in my reply to vid who is challenging me and to subject wt interpretation to God but it is an axiom that wt doctrines can be wrong even about gt as wt admits. It is also clear that all I wanted vid to understand is that the gt is contingent upon the existence of God and is the subject here so it is not ridiculous as he conveys when he laughs at me when I Posted the modern day fulfillment of fleeing to the mountains to mean exactly what I posted.

The gt depends on the existence of the God of the bible. If such God does not exist, then neither does the gt as described in Biblical prophesy as interpreted by JW. And any doomsday event or cataclysm such as nuclear annihilation, metors, world wide disaster - is not the gt in connection with the God of the Bible. Since, the topic of this thread is about the GT, it assumes that He does.
So, for the benefit of those that are not able to follow the logic: Since the gt axiomatically assumes that God exists, the gt is about Bible prophesy and my post on this thread is an attempt to interpret the gt using God as a variable. If you do not like the existence of God then this discussion is not for you because the God of the Bible is inegrated with the gt and discussing the GT as it relates to trump is the subject of this thread. So, if you ever read a book, even fiction or even poetry, there are ideas that are conveyed in the book that the author is trying to get across using his literary method, the Bible can be such a book and the point the author wants to get across is that God is the mountain to flee to at the time of the gt, no other mountain can save. That is why it would make sense to build where it conceivable really is out of harms way.
You are thinking in terms of surviving the gt based on physical protection that comes from a bomb shelter. But according to JW, being at or fleeing to Pella will not be a refuge from the gt. According to wt, surviving the gt comes from protection from the most high. It is not about location or the result of strategy or luck or fortress. For wt it is impractical to remain in the Brooklyn location for the reasons I gave. And the move to war wicked is allusory, wt property and presence in kings having fulfilled its usefulness to God -now move to war......wicked, an allusion to wt's new era.
Name is only coincidence unless its implication realizes. Albeit wt's move implies a change in wt position and corresponding role to God.

How far is far enough and from what harm is WT getting out of the the way of that they should move even farther away? It does not seem that wt is afraid of a dirty bomb, etc.
They don't need Brooklyn property for the reasons I posted. They need a place of operation away from the city, but not on mount Everest or in Pella. Other JW still occupy the area they are moving away from.
Given that one reason for the move is to be away from harm's way, the only potential threat to bodily and building harm that they actually face in dumbo which is a considerable concern is that in case of disaster like 911, they may be compelled to open their doors to the public for shelter and also the risks because of being so centrally located next to the bridges, etc, in case of parochial disasters. So, based upon their choice to move not so far up, their move is not about building a bomb shelter. Warwick is is about 45 miles from kings and about 65 miles by car. It ain't NYC.

That is exactly what I posted on another thread as one of the reasons for the sale.Anticipation for the gt becomes acute when any wt change looms.
That is true and I was going to say that in my last post but I did not and I did not realize that trump was also leaving ny together with wt. Thanks for pointing out that coincidence, a keen observation I overlooked. As it relates to wt, which is the jw excitement, 2017 will reveal if the change was an indicator of the gt or will produce as data dog says "zero". -

end times chronology they have preached for decades isn't even coming close to coming true.
Only that 'generation' is loosing all meaning. But looking at the historical pattern of when family demisses and sexual depravity based on Biblical standards is the social norm, doom can be expected.
