Koncept you have posted a lot of colorful commentary but no legislation showing that WT is not complying with child abuse reporting laws. You have said that wt is not acting morally -but you have shown no facts, only colorful commentary.

Then why did you post the question, "By who's moral code should wt act?" in the first place?
In reply to the implication that wt is not acting morally quoted below.
"not absolve them of also acting morally."
If you are not going to say,
I did say: I said whatever moral code wt likes.
why would you ask someone else to?
Why not? What code of rules are being violated by asking?

Whose moral code do you think Watchtower should act by? I am curious to hear.
I think that I should not impose my moral code on wt but that wt should be free to choose and act by whatever moral code wt likes.

Richard, if US law protects the comunications of child abusers under the setting and relationship defined by said law as it relates to the church, how can the state pass mandatory reporting laws that seem to go against the 1st Amendment?

And either John would have to confirm that he doesn't know all the facts or confirm that he was told the final settlement amount.
And that is only for a Court to decide if what someone construed is true -it may or may not- but a Court may find enough evidence that it is and Plaintiffs and attorneys may ironically find themselves as Defendants wanting to settle instead of having to pay the expensive price to defend -win or loose the case.

She "settled" because she got what she what she wanted.
Maybe or maybe not. It is only your opinion.
The compensation she said she wanted was stated in the Complaint she filed with the Court.
