  I don't see the preaching work lasting another 10 years. To sum up the wt message in one word is: " generation" but now it seems to have switched to songs and cartoons and videos about a Christian way of life and Christian conduct -as if wt is gearing up for another century of preaching., while concurrently teaching that God Kingdom Rules. This translates into money because people are not comforted by watching movies about being a good Christian as they wait to die of old age and sickness with no end in sight; While wt message before was that the end would come in their lifetime. -Anyway, in the 5/15 SL broadcast, where SL informed the world community of JW that WT was in financial need and compared his request for money to that of the israelites who responded with an overflow of wealth, only received in the 1/16 SL broadcast, a response from a little girl sending a very sweet letter - and that's about it. The JW worldwide community did not respond by sending wt any money.

  If what SL stated in his broadcast is truly the case, wt finances is grave but who knows if wt will manage or when they will actually run out of money. Whatever the case, I think that preaching is not going to last long.

  The SL 5/15 broadcast informed that wt was operating at a deficit -then- and disclosed that the money from the sale of one major property could only cover wt expenses for two weeks -then- besides the money from the sale of the other NY properties being used to finance Warwick. In 1/16 broadcast SL stated that contributions only increased 15 percent or less for 2 months. - Do the math!

  So, SBF conclusions about wt financial crisis in his previous threads are not bombastic nor based upon SBF but are based upon the SL broadcast and looking at the cuts of wt products and services, downsizing, etc. seem to be evidence of the "crisis". WT has been cutting all non essential expenses and streamlining their operation. After all of these cuts, will contributions suffice at some bare bone point to fund the wt?

  SBF, in other words, will the wt succeed in jettison all non essential expenses and stay financially afloat given the contributions. ( Of course, easy fix, everyone needs to contribute - but tha ain't happening even after Stephen Lett broadcast which should have flooded the contribution boxes.)

  Also, how many people on this Forum would have realized wt financal state if not for SBF?

  Who is printing Bible's, and the literature displayed on the carts and D2D?

  Obviously, WT. - But how many tons of literature does the wt need to produce now to feed the carts and for dtd compared to before ? Not much paper literature besides the tracts and the mags seem to be produced. My point is that wt is not going to dig into their pockets to produce literature because if they do they will run out of assets.

  WTS does not have the major expense in producing paper literature anymore. Payperless digital literature is very cheap to produce. WT will continue to consolidate and cut products and services until monthly contributions cover all wt operating expenses.

  Warwick is not an investment property or is a poor investment property in terms of the property value increasing and resale value. So, wt plans to stay there long term, Armageddon or bust.

  is anybody else here watching the pbs documentary about the viet nam war?

  it's exceedingly well put together and informative... i am streaming it at my own convenience from the pbs app but i notice that each installment has an expiration date so if you don't start watching, you may miss it altogether and it would be your loss.. i had no idea....

  Maybe -If it can be proven.

  Hh, what I meant to say is that NK wants to defeat and unify the Peninsula and will never contaminate SK with a nuclear bomb.

  But at this point I don't know what to guess about what the US will do.

  If NK nukes

  I don't think NK will ever do that and less to their back yard. Obviously they want to unite SK. All NK wants is to be a world power. With that kind of power they won't need to nuke anybody - fear will do the trick.

  My question to you is, will the use use military, will NK collapse, or will the US compromise and accept Nuclear NK

  The substrate can be tested but how can one know when the footprints were actually made.
