  Should private citizens be allowed to video record law enforcement?

  i saw an article in the news yesterday that laws are going to be passed subjecting the police to being recorded by anyone while performing their duty or enforcing the law and encourages citizens to sue if they interfere.

  some law enforcement agents become angry and confiscate recording devices from people recording them while making an arrest, etc.. it does seem that the work that the police and other government agents do is public and not private or confidential so there should be nothing to hide from the cameras.

  on the other hand, how can one distinguish being shot by a camera or by a weapon until one is hit?.

  he is required by law to notify her before he attempts to actually make the arrest.

  You are wrong. Law enforcement can detain someone without telling the person she is detained. You are not free to go unless you ask the officer if you can.

  "Summary Judgement" = "The decision is final.

  Vid, as far as the lower court is concerned you are right but a Summary Judgement can be appealled.

  ...quit wasting the court's time.

  How sweet of someone to tell their opponent at law to quit. If any case has legal grounds, the Court must make time. If they don't like it too bad. Each party must decide if they want to continue regardless of whether the court likes it or not.

  Hell Exists

  many people of all denominations are beginning to believe that hell does not exist - but the bible supports the claim that it does.

  examine this verse, one under nkjv and the other nwt:.

  nkjv - matthew 25:46, "and these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.".

  What devious mind and spirit it takes to craft such a special place of suffering for souls doomed to have been born. With no hope of salvation such tormented creatures would curse life and god day and night and such god would be forced to listen. Hell does not exist.

  (It should exist for lawyers, judges and ex-wives.)

  She actually did not resist arrest.

  The officer told her in the video that she was under arrest. From what I saw in the video, she did not submit. Great to have that video though because it also does appear that she did nothing wrong by refusing to comply to officers' demands about drawing blood.

  The God of the Bible is loyal to his friends and loves them and avenges them. The Egyptians and Canaanites got what was coming to them. When people die though, leave em alone. What sort of god would torture people after they are dead. People die quickly when God executes them. If someone is harassing me, God can do what it takes to stop them.

  What honest hearted person could love such a sadistict god? And what sort of god could hear souls begging to die and cursing life and cursing god either to turn a deaf ear or torture souls even more. --The horror!

  Good explanation why the arrest of the nurse was illegal

  The vid shows that she resisted arrest. That is very dangerous for the cops and for her. But the vid also shows what happened which makes it harder for the cops to lie.
