  Blues music

  there's gotta be some blues fans out there.. i have been listening to a recording of a live show back in '68 with b.b.

  king, jimi hendrix and probably other greats i don't know about and i'm finding i really enjoy it.

  any blues buffs out there want to make some suggestions etc.?

  Stopping the WT

  taking a leaf out of the book from the road protest camps and other campaingning groups against this and that which i have been involved with, it occured to me the other day perhaps one of the most effective means of stopping the wt in it's tracks is to halt the litureture distribution system they employ, i.e.

  in the uk setting up a protest camp right outside their bittacy hill complex, to actually stop the trucks from entering onto the roadway, if no one is up for that, how about tipping bagfuls of sugar in their lorry deisel tanks?

  any other ideas?

  Even if the Watchtower organization closed down, that wouldn't stop most of it's believers people from finding another abusive religion to join, so really what's the point? The Scientology group could use a few good Jehovah's Witnesses, I think.

  Hi Farkel. That's great info. I hadn't really thought much about fallacies and the principles of logic until after I started figuring out this JW stuff was not trustworthy. I can't really say I have a good grasp on good/bad logic yet, I'm only beginning to understand it. The list you made with the examples we would always hear is really great. Thanks.

  Woohoo... I had a great day in family court yesterday!!!

  my ex-wife and i were to start our custody/equalization trial yesterday but due to time constrictions we had a settlement conference instead and it is over!!!!!

  woohoo!!!!.

  financially, i will end up having to pay $5,000.00 more than what i should.. (only because my ex lied about a few things) but i get joint custody of the kids now.

  YESTERDAY'S ASSEMBLY SUCKED........

  well, i got dragged, kicking and screaming talked in to going to the assembly yesterday as a friend of mine was in the drama.

  what a freaking waste of time interesting experience.

  first of all, i had a tough time squeezing my larger than life ass bum into a seat that looked like it was made for a house-elf small child.

  Question about thr 2004 DC

  just a question or comment about the 2004 district conventions.

  is there a move by the wt society to have the district conventions in smaller venues??

  or are they trying to lower their costs?

  Yeah, I think they should just stop having them altogether, or at least reduce them to one day. Really, what use are they anyway? Well, I suppose it wouldn't be easy for single dubbies to meet other single dubbies if it wasn't for conventions, but I don't think they really care how easy anything is for anybody anyway.
