  i am a former jw from russia (disassociated due to conscience reasons a year ago).

  i will be on business in london, uk late april-beginning of may and will have a week off after may 3. i would like to meet some witnesses/ex-witnesses while im in the uk, but i dont think i know anyone in the london area or around.

  r&f are instructed even not to read their material.. in connection with the exhibitions shown in europe about the jw persecution in hitler germany, johannes wrobel, head of the watchtower history archives at the german branch office, in a speech quoted well-known apostate hans-jurgen twisselmann on his opinion on the stand firm-video.

  That the Kusserows died for what they then believed to be the Truth touches the hearts of all. That one of their descendants does not care for being a JW, doubtlessly because JW beliefs have changed so much, is also significant.

  i just can't believe that they have people waste their time with what is said here.

  is this board and the likes really that important/damaging to them?

  don't get me wrong i hope this board and the likes, enlightens alot of people and brings them out of the society, it just that i guess it boggles my mind.

  Of course they watch; even their name tells you that: WATCHtower Society. Waste their time? No, because every once in a while they see something of interest to them. Also their folks, said to be a minimum of two per shift, work to discredit persons and their good ideas which would harm their Big Mama. Fluff they mostly ignore but not the real stuff--like I sometimes post. However, since we also know they do this we can and do also in turn make use of that fact, too

  My Husband Died One Year Ago Today

  after eighteen years of marriage, my husband passed away last year of a terminal liver disease.

  today is the aniversary of his death.

  he died on april 22, 2001 and he was the love of my life.

  i received a message on another chat group that a representative from dateline has indicated the program on the juus will be aired mid-may to late may.

  seems they want to bleed the catholics for all they can before picking up on the nazarines, protestants of various stripes and the juu's.. i've stopped telling people about it since it seems to be dragging on for ever.

  a west milford man pleaded guilty to child endangerment offenses friday for sexual encounters he had with two teenage girls he met through his membership at the jehovah's witnesses temple in town.. tom blankenship, 23, had been befriended by an elder at the church and was often invited over for meals and visits, said joseph del russo, passaic county chief assistant prosecutor.. from the fall of 1998 through april 2000, blankenship had sexual relations with one of the elder's relatives, a 17-year-old girl.

  he had similar sexual contact with another relative, a 14-year-old girl, from june 2001 through feb. 21, del russo said.. although there was no physical force used in the incidents, blankenship was charged with multiple sexual assault charges because of the victims' ages.

  Bill is correct. We did gloss over this a bit. The girls were both 13 at the time, and the elder who went to the police only did so because it affected his own family. Still, it's good that he did do so.
