has uncovered other Watchtower NGOs, which were apparently established under the umbrella of the main Watchtower Society NGO.
If they were established under the "SAME UMBRELLA" as the WTBTS, would they not be bound to the same commitment to the UN as the original charter of the Watchtower's NGO?

i was looking at some info that a co-worker sent me about being overweight.
i desperately need to lose a lot of weight, but i'm starving all the time and have packed on the 30 lbs.
Oh yeah... the pizza. That's when I'm on vacation... splerging... selebrating or depressed.

My understanding is that if you have weak kidneys, a high protien diet may injur them. I am on atkins today. I donated a kidney last July. My last check up with the surgeon (Dr. Vick, San Antonio) I told him I did Atkins off and on. He said that was fine, go back to your normal eating habits, but don't do the high protien for months at a time. I wouldn't live it, though I have cut out all the white stuff perm (poatoes, bread, tortia...). When I hit close to my desired weight, I usually start eating all the veggies I want.
One thing about atkins... you're never hungry.

Some in France cook the egg on the pizza. I suggest in the states you have them cook egg sunny up then place on pizza. I suppose since no one does it here, there must be a trick they don't know... the egg whites never cook enough.

Actually it's very good. It's served regularly at the Riviera, but I request it where ever I am. I do get odd stares from waitresses/waiters here in the states.

e-watchman has sent over 5000 letters to congregations in the u.s informing them of the ngo debacle and a similar one to 101 branches around the world.
and according to his guestbook post he has signed his real name to the letters!

This may be true, but I know as many here have experienced, even the elders gossip. I have have had not only Miniseries Servants, but even Presiding Overseers gossip to me about what was going on in the back room.
I do believe if this letter strikes a nerve with the right persons, the letter may be destroyed, but the lips will not stop.

many posting here once would not accept a blood transfusion or give blood because of the wts doctrine.. having left that doctrine behind and being willing to "accept" a blood transfusion, are you willing (if able medically) to donate blood?.
if willing to accept an organ transplant, are you willing (if medically able) to donate an organ, either as a live donor or when deceased?.
if yes, to both questions, do you donate blood regularly?
Funny thing... I've never donated blood, but I did donate a kidney. I hope to donate bone marrow in about a year and a half.
Though I have never donated or accepted blood, I would do both.
