jehovah is such a righteous, merciful, loving god -- slow to anger, overflowing with loving kindness and blessing.

yet it somehow bothers many of you that he will shortly execute his judgment on mankind and wipe out 99.9% of the world's population, as if that somehow is supposed to conflict with his loving qualities.

personally, i have no idea why many of you feel this way.

My hubby just laid down some rules to my elder dad

recently an elder called mike's mob phone wanting to speak to me, the only person who could have passed on that info was my elder dad.

mike has been waiting for my dad to call him to arrange to see the kids, as he wont deal with me at all.

so mike said to him i dont appreciate you giving our number out to the elders, we want nothing to do with them or your religion etc... mike than called me and said there was so much more i wanted to tell him.. i get a phone call about 30 mins later, mike had rang my dad and said if you want to see your grandkids then there are a few rules you will need to follow, 1. dont ever give out our personal details (which my dad apologised for and acknowldeged that he shouldnt have done that ) and 2. if you want to see your grandkids you need to speak to your daughter, you can msg her phone or even speak to her.

....spelling errors on the topic headers?.

how much effort does it take to check your spelling before you post a topic??.

just read over some of the topics up for discussion right now and you'll see a very shocking (to me, at least) disregard for accuracy.. if you can't trouble yourself to get your spelling right how are the rest of us going to respect the fact you have your reasoning right either??.

I, too, like to keep my spelling correct, though, I fail many times.

This is a "discussion" board. If we could, we'd all be talking and not typing.

after this past trip to ohio, i have become painfully more aware of how alone i am.

i miss having someone to share my life with.. .

im almost to the point of dating again, yet i have so many obstacles to overcome.. .

Sorry you're feeling so lonely. Are you sure you should't be looking for a boyfriend?

Either way, I found a great place to meet open minded people was at the local community theater. They need help building sets, working the tech end of things (like lights and changing sets during shows) and all sorts of stuff. You don't need to be an artist, just willing to help and give your time.

I also would like to add that I firmly believe that you need to be happy with yourself before you can truly be happy with someone else.Have you thought about spending more time with your friends while you are in this confusing time?

Just my little thoughts and wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you.
