a stone seal bearing the name of one of the families who acted as servants in the first temple and then returned to jerusalem after being exiled to babylonia has been uncovered in an archeological excavation in jerusalem's city of david, a prominent israeli archeologist said wednesday.
the 2,500-year-old black stone seal, which has the name "temech" engraved on it, was found earlier this week amid stratified debris in the excavation under way just outside the old city walls near the dung gate, said archeologist dr. eilat mazar, who is leading the dig.

i mentioned some of this in another post like the choice nyc real estate angle they own.. .
also, in a non profit corp, the way the board members can profit is to say, set up a company that sells ink and sell it to the society.
the irs is tightening up on non profits, where officers or board members profit directly or indirectly, to prevent such a scenario.
I know what you mean. I worked for a promotions company that toured with NHRA and NASCAR. They needed several simi-trucks decked out and fancy as hell, front to back. The owner set up a leasing company, so he leases the trucks he needs from himself.
Sounds just like something the Tower would do.

Well, yeah I realize that. I just like the fact that the date was printed and shown as the correct date.

According to the Book of Nehemiah, the Temech family were servants of the First Temple and were sent into exile to Babylon following its destruction by the Babylonians in 586 BCE.
The family was among those who later returned to Jerusalem, the Bible recounts.

is anyone familiar with this city??.
i'm interested in a new position within my company and if i get it i will be based out of austin tx.
i'd still get to keep my current residence but will be required to fly to austin on a regular basis.. i'm excited about the job but not sure about the city.. anything good/interesting there for a possible future frequent visitor to enjoy?.
Austin is a great little eclectic city full of college kids. It's a great central location for traving to Dallas/FW, San Antonio and Houston.
The drawback for me was it's size. It is beautiful, though.

A&W,
My stage and camera experience lend themselves well to public speaking. I have given 4 speeches and received the blue ribbon each time.

Topics are what ever you come up with. Of course, you need to think of your audience where ever you are as in topic of sex, etc.
It's a very structured, yet fun format (all clubs vary on the fun part). Toastmaster helps in the fear of speaking, self confidence and communication skills.
Here there are clubs that start at 6:00 a.m. and noon. Mine is 7p to 8:30p.
