Another mother kills her children....

it seems like over recent years it is just becoming way too common for a mother to kill her children....it is sickening.
i wish something could be done to make this stop happening.....maybe if we started punishing the mothers more strongly instead of allowing them to get easier sentences based on insanity defenses then this would stop happening as frequently....i don't know, but i wish it would stop.

Steve Irwin attempts to justify feeding croc with baby in hand.....
by desib77 ini know we've probably all seen the footage of steve irwin feeding a croc.
while holding his baby in his hands 6 months ago.
now he is trying to say that it is the angle the camera was at.

Granted there are certainly degrees of risk, but when dealing with ANY animal there is a chance of being hurt. Even with the cute and cuddly ones.
I agree with this but the chances are greater with the more dangerous animals. The chances that a person won't survive an attack by a croc. are much higher than that they wouldn't make it through an attack by a koala bear.

or in any kind of dealings with them.....for example, because of their morals honesty is "supposed" to be practiced.
would you hire one because of this?

Second, by all appearances he's a good dad. I mean you can see just how much they hate having all those animals around them as they grow up.
No one has a problem with the cute and cuddly harmless animals....dangerous animals are another story. They are not pets regardless of how much he would like to think they are.

I just can't think that putting a baby anywhere near a croc. could be okay. It doesn't matter how well you know animals the fact is that you can never completely predict what will happen.
Earlier I used the example of Roy Horn and his tiger. I know that he never would have imagined that happening. He probably would have even thought that he new his tigers so well that he could have brought his own child out there (don't think he has any but this is hypothetical). What if he had taken a child out there on the day of his attack. A baby would not have survived that.
It isn't that I think he is a bad father. I just think the he feels too comfortable with the animals. I would hate to see something happen to his baby because he had forgotten that they truly are "wild" animals.

Okay, instead of "would you hire one" let me ask this, do you think that "worldly" people actually hire the JW's thinking they are better employees? The witnesses believe they are hired based on this in certain situations. Do you think this is the case?

As a sidenote - no - I do not trust them. I have been lied to and manipulated too many times by devout JW's.
I understand where you are coming from here. The only thing I take in to consideration is that they have been lied to and manipulated also. I honestly believe that a most of them don't know they are lying. They truly think what they know is the truth........(I'm not defending them I'm just saying at one point I was just as blind to reality....)
