  Grrrrr... they turned off my cable

  i have had a cable modem for at least three years now and as a side effect i had basic cable the whole time... today i get home to find that some f. what really pisses me off is that earlier this year comcast sent me a letter saying that because i did not subscribe to any cable service, they were going to add a $10 a month surcharge to my cable modem service... their way of forcing me to pay for basic cable.

  now all of the sudden they want to force me to actually subscribe to the cable service, plus all kinds of "extra" charges that cannot be avoided.

  this really pisses me off.

  this is really for the guys, but i know the woman here will have some great insights for us stupid men so i hope y-all will offer up your best.. when the woman i am with starts to tear up or cry i feel totally helpless and useless.

  this is one of the most dreaded situations i as a man can ever find myself in.

  my older brother, the retired police chief, would get angry if a woman started to cry when he was writing her a ticket, he felt it was an act.

  I was at my mother-in-laws house and she was pretty upset about something. She started to cry. She has three sons and all three of them just froze. I couldn't believe it. It was as if they just had no clue as to what to do. I pinched my husband's back and pushed him over to hug her. It made her feel better just to have a hug. Sometimes I think that is the best thing to do when a woman cries.

  Yup, sure were. I was a teenager at the time so you can imagine the double lives that I saw. They were perfect little angels at the meetings but when at school they were completely different.
