my husband and i have been married a little over a year now and it has been the happiest year of my life.

i have finally found someone that i truly love and that truly loves me.

he's also my best friend.

I still think its a minor thing in proportion to how big of an issue some women make of it.

I completely agree. Who really cares if you have to burn 0.00005 calories putting the lid down. Really not a big deal at all.....in fact, I've never even mentioned it to my hubby hehe, if we are going to argue, I guarantee it will be better than over something like that!

how many days?

ok, so we've probably all heard before that someone out there has done a study calculating about how much time we will have spent in our lives sitting at red lights and it comes to about a year?

try calculating about how many days you have spent at circuit/district conventions in your life, assuming there were 3 for circuit every year, and 3 or 4 for district every year.

i can't remember the year it switched to from 4 down to 3. this number is bigger than you might think, especially if you were raised as a jw.

Why is it any harder for you to put it down than it is for us to lift it?

You use it both ways, up and down......we only use it down...since you complicate the situation you should be the one who has to put it down....
