  just had jws over.

  one of them (been in all of about 4 years) said "you can be sure no true christians have died due to famine" like therefore it didn't matter who did - i thought i was going to throw up... i told him that was an evil thing to say and out came the bible about the lillies of the field and manna in the desert.. .

  okay, the thread on budgeting and money made me start thinking.

  the thing my husband i spend the most money on is eating out.

  there is one very good reason for this, i can't cook.

  Yesterday I took a pork tenderloin, browned it on all sides then put it in a crockpot with barbecue sauce on LOW for the day. I took two forks, shredded the meat, stirred it in the bbq sauce and put it on hamburger buns. Served with ranch style beans from a can and a salad. It was gone in minutes and the only complaint was I hadn't cooked two tenderloins (I will next time). Could not be easier.

  Okay, another stupid question. You browned it on all sides? In a skillet? and then put it in the crock pot?

  using a bowl of life savers he gave all the children the same kind of life saver one at a time and asked them to identify the color and flavor.

  there is only so far you can go in inflicting just punishment upon an evil person.

  yet how evil is someone who has murdered one person in cold blood, compared to someone who is guilty of genocide?

  the crime of murder is heinous in itself, but does the fact that someone may be responsible for millions of deaths make the crime of multiple murder a million times worse than the person who kills only once?

  I say he should be executed. He did horrible things to people and their families deserve some sort of peace of mind.

  how sorry i was to hear from dansk-he is going through a very difficult time.. i would like all prayers, thoughts, please keep this in mind ____ for me!!!!.

  the sad news he has cancer.it is lymphoma!!!

  they are waiting on the results of the biopsy before determining treatment..... he didnt want me to say anything at first- as he feels you all have your own problems & he didnt want to upset anyone-because he says "they are dear friends".

  my j.w.-in-laws had a party for three young people recently.

  i asked if it was a high school graduation party?

  they said no, it was a "kingdom hall" graduation party.

  I'm going to take a guess at this but it could be completely off.

  In my old K.Hall many young people were homeschooled and they would have graduation parties for them just the same as they would children who were in public school.

  But, like I said, I'm just guessing. Anyone else know for sure?
