  for those that know us and that have been following our jwd love story...we cannot contain the news any longer, we have known now for over two weeks but wanted to wait until we had the last early pregnancy scan to confirm everything was ok. .

  today we witnessed a miracle in the making and the ultimate in creativity - the scan confirmed a strong heartbeat and considerable growth since the last scan a fortnight ago.. we are going to be parents .

  If you are receiving benefit they will call you in to review your case from time to time to see if your circumstances have changed at all and check that you are still entitled to what you are receiving.

  I disagree. I don't blame Seth one bit for wanting to publicise his side of this if Richie's lies are affecting his business. This is his livelihood and I can imagine that in the tattoo / piercing business reputation is everything.

  I think nvr meant that eryn should change her email address, not publish the email addresses filling her inbox.

  Oops my mistake, I misunderstood what he posted ! Yes, I think the best thing would be for Eryn to change her email address and only give it to people that she absolutely trusts.

  Hopefully the mods can find out exactly who is harassing her and delete their account, and or better yet, report them to the police . ECLIPSE- You are a good, caring and decent woman for alerting everyone to this and hopefully the forum administrators can get to the bottom of it

  I'd just like to clarify, even though we are aware that this is happening we have no idea who it is as everything is being done through email not on the forum. At this point there isnt anything we can do, Eryn should report this to her ISP and change her email address.

  If this was happening on the forum through PMs etc it would be dealt with immediately, but until we have more information such as the IP address where the emails are coming from there isnt anything we can do as much as we would like to help.

  Sorry this is happening to you Eryn, if there is anything we can help with please let us know.

  anyone here have a thyroid condition?

  ok, so i have this lump on the right side of my neck, bout half the size of a golf ball, though you really cant notice it unless i point it out.

  a year ago i had a biopsy,,(for cancer),gosh, if i knew ahead of time how they were going to do it , dont think i woulda shown up lol.

  anyway,,i think i have a thyroid conditionl,,,cold,,tired,,and found out daughter takes med for a thyroid condition.

  I've just found I have an underactive thyroid.

  I had been going to the doctor on and off for years in the UK because I was always exhausted and had zero energy, they just said you work, you have kids, you study of course your tired - basically go away.

  I went for a physical at the doctor in Canada a couple of weeks ago and within 3 days I get a call to go back in, blood test have shown I have an underactive thyroid and very very low levels of vitamin B - both of which cause tiredness. One little pill a day and I'm alraedy feeling much better, I'm not falling asleep by 4 in the afternoon.

  okeydokey, i started communicating with one of the moderators about this, and i haven't heard back yet, but it doesn't seem like there should be an issue if we are nice about this whole thing, maybe it can be fun.. first off, if no one wants to do it, no point.. <deleted by wlg>.

  third, the idea is not to raise someone up on a pedestal, but to recognize personal progress and/or the help given to other people, even if it's just creating a pleasant environment.

  Yes this just seems that you want the go ahead to insult someone. Also when you approached the moderators about this there was no mention of the Jackass on the month

  We would talk about how this dude sits in his living room and hits the crack pipe until he feel's Joe Hoba's spirit kick in and he start posting about when the world is going to end and he is one of the 144k and we better kiss his ass. Also included will be links to some of the most ridiculous drivel ever to be recorded to a server. Not so much an option for him will be to have the Jackass picture pop up on his threads...for a month

  the lawsuit has been given the green light and is basically has remained intact almost exactly the way it started.

  what are the odds of that happening?

  The last time I asked for donations I collected approximately $4,000.

  3) Where is the proper accounting for donations? How much money is being spent where? How much money is being taken in, who is regulating the flow? When asking for money, it's considered good practice to show where it has been used and where it will continue to be used... specifically.

  ANSWER: As mentioned above, when enough contributions come in , then a lawfirm will be taking over the trust fund.

  Would you be able to provide the people that donatated last time with an accounting of where their donations have gone so far. Your answer above doesnt seem to cover what was asked.

  I sure you would have many more people donate if they could view this information. Hillary-step's idea of a volunteer board would be an excellent way for you to proceed.

  I agree - everyone should know all the facts before sending money.

  Please could you address the questions raised by Para (copied below) and others on this thread about the accounting and use of any donations or settlement.

  1) Lawyers are like vultures, especially civil lawyers. The fact that you can't even get a vulture to take a bite at this potentially juicy target concerns me on the legal grounds for success. If this is going to be such a high profile case, I can assure you that SOME lawyer would want their face all over the papers as free publicity.
  
  2) Knowing you would be going up against the Tower's law firms, why did you pursue a course that you would be unable to finish, especially when the stakes are so high with precedents.

  4) Is this money also going towards your suit against the Cross Cancer Institute as well?
  
  5) You are asking for handout for a chance at a large civil suit. No mention was made to what will happen with the money if you win. No provision is suggested in the donation request that leads me to believe that you would want to pay people back for their donations.
  
  6) Who is managing the fund? You or a third party?
  
  7) Is there any provision to those donating to your cause that you will not be settling out of court if they offer enough?
