cute. I use to be annoyed with gif's (still am) but yeah, those damn long flash intros are just as annoying and useless as hell. Lots of build up for nothing.
Thanks for the laugh,

i just saw it and it was very suspenseful, well-acted, intriguing plot, and denzel was fabulous!
the last 30 minutes just kept you on the edge of your seat----how on earth could it end?!?
it was a lot different than the original.. anyone see it yet?.
Mary and I have been Robert Ludlum fans for years and have read everything he's written. The Bourne series is one of my favs, and I forgave director Dave Liman for completely deviating from Ludlum's original plot in the Bourne Identity because the film was so cool.Mary and I were excited to go and see the new Bourne film, The Bourne Supremacy, and were a bit dissapointed.
Every single scene was filmed with a hand-held cam and I was just begging inside for the damn camera man to hold still for a moment. Too much camera movement . . . way too much. The hand-held cam is effective for lots of scenes, but this was overkill.
The action/fight sequences was a complete blurrrrr and all you saw was, ummm . . . nothing but lots of blurry motion with really cool sound effects.
The car chase sequence was nothing more than cut to this blurry shot of the car rounding a corner, then cut to that blurry shot of a collision . . . than a blurry foot hitting the excellorator, then cut to tires squeeling around another corner . . . you just could not tell where the hell they were going or what they were actually doing . . . oh my garsh!
The movie really had some great potential to be as good as the first, but the cinematography and editing really sucked. They really dropped the ball on this film. How sad. The sound was pretty good, tho.
I give it
i think it's sad, but hilarious too, because i was one of those kids and i remember it so well!
ME TOO . . . omg, right down to the vest, tie and shiney lil shoes. Cute kid tho.
how serious is depression related to your jw upbringing, association and/or disfellowshipment?
should this kind (or any other kind) of depression that lingers long after the wt smoke clears go untreated?
how have you successfully dealt with your depression?.
Good stuff, Blondie. You are awsome.

paradise was allways shown in watchtower publications as a counrty side environment, cities were to be obsolete.but where would you rather live , the country side with its natural beauty , or a city with its vibrant life?
Paradise to me is a long deserted stretch of beach, sunshine and a slight breeze . . . my Mary, and a lots of wood for a bonfire as the sun goes down.

every so often, i will read on this board, how some people will defend and apologize for what jws do or believe in.....i just don't get it.
Huh? Whats the difference? Lets say it was some tribe some place like egypt. That believed something totally bizzar like the heaven and earth was created when god orgasmed. How could you defend that religion and not defend that belief. Even if you did not belief it your self how can you have one with out the other?
I would not defend their religious beliefs either . . . let alone their religion. I would only defend their basic human rights, determined of course, by yourself.

in 1931, by resolution adopted at a convention in columbus, ohio, and at 50 extension conventions worldwide thereafter, the name jehovah?s witnesses was embraced, setting these christians apart from all the sects of christendom and emphasizing their god-given work.
However, it might be a better idea to have it in 2011 - making it a comfortable "round figure" anniversary. It'd give plenty of time to get a real event happening AND, it will be the longest length of time that the 'Tower could stretch a "generation" to. Perhaps a catchy title like "Millions Then Living Are Now Dead"?
Great idea! OK, Steph, you get to get to be program coordinator.

I don't think I would or could defend the Governing Body. That would be like defending OJ Simpson in that you know the sob is guilty and defending him would really make me sick and harder to shave in the morning.
As mentioned earlier, many or most of JW's are living their lives under deception. I would defend them if their personal rights were being taken away, or if they were being persecuted . . . BUT depending on what they are being persecuted for. But never their religious beliefs . . . never again.
