However , Pay Attention to Yourselves and All The Flock says "If you stay overnight in the house of a known homosexual that is grounds for disfelowshipping "- so it depends on the level of association
In all fairness it also says if you stay over night in the house of a known hetrosexual of the opposite sex that is grounds for disfellowshiping too. I am not trying to show that JWs are "nicer" to homosexuals but just trying to contrast they are pretty dang mean to hetrosexuals too.

The elders, anointed, and Governing Body are being led by holy spirit from Jehovah, so they are basically the earthly leaders that Jehovah is using to run his organization.
Actually only the anointed have the holy spirit. The elders can borrow it, but have to be sure to return it when they are done using it.

How come a red blood cell is 97% hemoglobin yet 100% hemoglobin transfusions are now okay?
Because they cant apologise or admit their ban was wrong with out being liable they just obscured and glossed over the fact that JWs can now have blood. I have one of the DVD that breifly mentions transfusing JWs after you lower the transfusion trigger. This DVD was early release for only HLC. I wondered if JWs can't have red blood what were doctors suposed to trans fuse them with, and assumed it was talking about minors. Few weeks later that watchtower came out allowing all red blood cell fractions.

Sassy just theoretically. I believe you may (big may) or used to get disfellowshiped for loose conduct if you engage in or promote "sodomy", use pornography, public nudity, or indecent acts in public even if married and are unrepentant. I know how silly JWism is and how parochial. They would never enforce these type of things unless they really hated you, but I am sue they are allowed or used to be allowed to interpet them as loose conduct even in the bounds of marriage. I defenitely know you can loose you "privileges" for any of these things.
I am not trying to say that JWs will treat homosexuals in the congregation the same as heterosexuals, but I believe the watchtower reinvented "loose conduct" as a catch all for anything they missed during the 70's. Like I said you would really have to be hated, or be a real jerk for them to come in the bed room of a monogamous married couple, and DF one of them.

from what you have seen, are most witnesses encouraged to get married---just so that they don't sin?
True, it is like throwing a fight. Their was a simular thing on the CO thread (and most cos are geezers). If I was at bethel the best way to bow out is to get married and have a baby. Or imagine you have parents that say something stupid like to live here after 18 you have to pioneer.

Yeah 16 lil young. The average marriage last less than 7 years. So 19 years is almost 3 times the average. I know most people would say "its a failed marriage", but is it really?

Yeah surprisingly JWs are more tolerant than many religions. They still consider it a sin, but they rarely use homosexuals as a wipping boy to the extent of many fundementalist type religions. Oddly they demonize heterosexual fornication more.
Hey sassy but if you are "openly" hetrosexual can't you be disfelloshiped also for loose conduct. And yeah you are right only a non baptized JW could be openly homosexual if that is a possible oxymoron.

On the sports thing their was a MS whos son played football at the hall I used to go to. The sad thing is their family was never in the click their son started going to the phillipino hall where he had more freinds.

I know of 4 homosexual JWs. 3 were wonderful publishers but never got baptized because of being homosexual, the other divorced. If they remain in the closet and never get baptized homosexual can do pretty well. But today more homosexuals prefer to be out than sneaking around like you are in the army.
