  these significant rulings overturn objections regularly made by the watchtower in recent lawsuits and may serve as a precedent for future lawsuits.

  i found out something interesting.

  a good little witness boy about 16 that i used to babysit and who was in my wedding was caught by his mom, making his littlest cousin (5) (please don't get offended by this.

  i have no idea how to put such an awful thing nicely) suck his %$@*.

  I loved 'Atlas Shrugged'; it struck a deep chord in me in my early 20's, and i read all Rand's other novels since...

  ..but i CANNOT listen to it on tape ('Shrugged'). It just doesn't have the same meaning for me; gotta have the written word on the page.

  i'm thrilled to tell you about the latest court decision made in california a few days ago which kimberlee norris said would be announced today, monday, on jwd.. on july 3rd, i started a thread where the last two rulings in the napa county, california lawsuit, charissa w. v. watchtower, new york, et al., were posted.

  both decisions were favorable to the plaintiff.

  The TRUTH will come out and it appears that the court rulings show that GOD wants to filter the coffee grinds out of this Borg Org. AND, at least a few courts have the "balls" to stand up to this org and make them turn over evidence that will PROVE them to be liars! But then, it is just a fluke. These lawyers will only eat a few of their own for good pr and then it is business as usual. HOW SWEET IT IS !! HELLO GB ELDERS, YOU KNOW WHO I AM.
