Speaking of Texas.....
by lonelysheep inthere's a (small) possiblity that later this year, the dallas/fort worth area will have another jwd member to call the place home.
i'm browsing places in tarrant county, grapevine, & fort worth.
the houses in fort worth have me floored!

Lonely-
I, also, live in the Fort (Worth).. Depending on where your commute leads you, presuming you work outside the home, west of fort worth has great housing values.
I live in town, just west of downtown, cuz i like staying close to museums, downtown etc.
Lots of downtown hi rise living going up too...
Fort Worth is a very livable city..

well letsee...
I got the disc from my friend with pix in 'fotomax' format, which i imported from the disc, then i picked some to send by email, and the fotomat program gave me options how to send; either by link to fotomat site or as an attachment by email.
I tried it both ways, and each time the pix that aren't 'face' shots are blurry or blocky, whereas when i look at them on the disc, they are crystal clear.
By email, the fotomat program gave me the option of 'full sized' or compressed. I tried both, and full sized couldn't be opened afterward cuz too much space needed. Then i tried compressed, and sent using outlook by email. Some were sorta clear, (the closeup shots), and the rest still blocky and blurry..
That's my story.

yup, i think so, Tex..
I tried it by email with full size photos, then compressed photos. In both cases, the pix, unless very close up, get weird and blocky.
Then i tried creating a 'Fotomat' link, and same thing happened.
I can try saving them on my "my pix" first, maybe that will help.
On the disc, they are clear and crisp; it is a professional copy from the wedding photographer, who was one EXPENSIVE fella.

Of course, the jury is out as to his ACTUAL role in any congregation at ANY time...
