They are separate things. The monthly Awake (starting 2006) is supposedly announced in the March KM, but I'd like to see some confirmation. Check the thread Awake Moving To Monthly Publishing.
The special meeting will be about a new organizational book: New OM Book replacement & Upcoming Elder School.

Mom slipped me an Awake magazine
by Mulan inlast week my mother gave me a woman's magazine that she had read at the home where she lives.
it had organization tips and recipes she thought i would enjoy.
i hadn't looked at it until two days ago, after she asked me if i had read it yet.

Special meeting March 7
by Samuel Thorsen inmy mother told me today that its going to be held a special meeting in all congregations worldwide at march 7.. .
some new information is going to be released, and its very very secret indeed.
we are not supposed to tell anyone what we heard at this meeting to the ones who have the meeting later the same week.

The Watchtower Society's 1999 book Pay Attention to Daniel's Prophecy! opens with a chapter titled "The Book of Daniel and You," but a more appropriate title would be "The Book of Daniel and US" -- because the organization sees those prophecies as fulfilled in itself.
It asserts that the ancient Jewish prophet Daniel foretold specifically when the Watchtower corporation's Board of Directors would be jailed, and when they would be freed.
