  Are you black or white ? ( just asking)

  please dont take offence but ive just realised something maybe its been touched on before,.but when i was reading the thread on bil cosby i read the one off obviously secret.

  now as i am a white person i assumed he was white until he stated he was black.

  so when i thought about it, i imagine everyone on this site is white, does everyone who is black imagine everyone else is black, and anyone oriental imagine everyone else is oriental.

  Should Hand Held Cell Phones be Outlawed While Driving??

  i use a cell all the time.

  some states want to outlaw the use of these phones while driving....got an opinion on that?

  Yeah, here's my opinion: fooey on the states that wanna ban them. I can juggle a cell phone, steering wheel, gear shift, coffee cup, cigarette, and Day Planner all at tthe same time. I haven't been cited for a moving violation in traffic since long before I knew what a cell phone was.

  i thought it would be neat if we could see what each others canine, feline, avian, etc.companions look like.... .

  here's my love, her name is chelsea, she is 9-1/2 years, and i have had her since she was 8 weeks old.

  she is a golden lab mix, thus i affectionately call her "mutt butt" .

  Here's KC .. the Killer Cat. Every day or two, I find assorted beaks & feet & tails & feathers & scraps of fur on the steps outside my front door. He's brought home rabbits, squirrels, bats, birds, snakes, mice ... if he can catch it, he will eventually kill & eat it. Then he comes in to nap for a few hours.

  none, it should be opened when she brings it.. why is a laundromat a really bad place to pick up a woman?.

  because a woman who can't even afford a washing machine will probably never be able to support you.. why do women have smaller feet than men?.

  Cooking Ideas

  okay, the thread on budgeting and money made me start thinking.

  the thing my husband i spend the most money on is eating out.

  there is one very good reason for this, i can't cook.

  you don't even have to cook the noodles...just use a little extra sauce

  Good point, Valis! You can also take a one pound package of any dry pasta (ziti, mostaccioli, shells, or rigatoni seem to work best) & dump it into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour a jar of your favorite pasta sauce over it, and then refill that jar with water & add to water to the pan. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzerella on top & bake for another 10-15 minutes until the pasta is tender & the cheese is bubbling.

  I also like to serve Italian sausage with this. I brown the sausages in olive oil in a heavy skillet, then add bell peppers, chopped onions, muchrooms, broccoli, and minced garlic. I turn the heat down & cook until the sausages are done & the veggies are tender.

  You can't get much easier than this:

  INGREDIENTS:4 boneless chicken breast halves
  1 1/2 cups picante sauce
  3 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
  1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  
  DIRECTIONS:
  
  PLACE chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.
  
  BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done. Serve with rice.

  I received a pleasant surprise last night when an old buddy of mine called. He's heading for Detroit for a family gathering & will be stopping here on the way.

  Now, I've known this guy since we were in 5th grade, and we were college roomies .. he's now a Catholic priest. I plan on spending a couple of days swilling beer & swapping lies with him.

  Did Being a JW Make You a Bully VICTIM in SCHOOL?

  i read this article in the montreal gazette that talked about a young witness kid being bullied in school.

  it made me think back to all the times i was treated differently in school for being a jehovah's witness.

  i grew up in a predominately mexican community and went to public school there from 1st-12th grade as a jw.

  punching one of the bullies before throwing him head-first against the blackboard (in the middle of a lesson!) did put a stop to it. Who says violence never works?

  Bingo! We have a winner!

  The only time that technique didn't work for me was when the guy I knocked over was suddenly on me with several of his buddies, forming a 'family circle'. I thought I was gonna get my ass kicked, but then I got lucky & found some backup.

  Thumbs up to "cold fried chicken, and Pork Skins, especially the spicy ones"! I am notorious for eating entire bags of BBQ pork skins on road trips. I thought one of my co-workers was gonna throw up from just the smell of them one time.

  Anyone else here enjoy White Castle hamburgers (a.k.a. "sliders")? Another road trip indulgence for me. I can eat a whole sack of them.
