does anyone have some good excuses for getting out of giving talks in the theocratic ministry school?
I know, I just stopped doin them.
They scheduled them for me and i'd either not turn up or ring the day off and say I wouln't be doing my talk. Never gave a reason. was none of their buisness.
Eventually they stopped giving me talks.
My mother in law doesn't do them, say's she cna't do them due to stress reasons, has not done them in years.
woke up this morning to check on my car... and it was gone.

i filed a police report and have to call my agent tomorrow.. .

The weird thing is, I screwed up the day and it worked out that my ex had them for the day. He knew I wanted to have a small party for her birthday, he's been really opposed me celebrating anything with the kids. He's still a dub.
He rang me the yesterday and wanted to know if I wanted the kids back early so I could have Georgia's party on her actual birthday.
It really blew me away.
From someone who abused the hell out of me for celebrating Christmas with them to aranging so I can have the kids on their birthday is really weird.

was just looking at the depression post and looking at pepole's biography.. why doesn't a lot of members put anything in there bio.. i undersatnd that many may not want to be identified, but i think bio makes it easier for us to undersand each others history.

I'm glad it's prompted some to add a little of themselves in there bio.
I tottaly agree with those who don't wish too as they don't want too much of there personal information out there to see, for varous reasons.
I was very unsure of putting anything in my bio when I first started posting here, but as I move further and further from the borg I get a little more confident and add a little more about myself.
Plus the only family I still have in the borg that I truly care about is my sister and she knows I post here.
will endaevour to have a look at peoples new and updated bios later.

many of us have shared in these projects, and honestly, some of my best and worst memories of the 'friends' were had at these crazy events.

Not many fond memories of quick builds here.
My hubbie was always in them, being a carpenter. Mosly i remember hanging around filthy wet building sites for him to finish, usually late at night. Unless you had a particular job to do you were not allowed on the site, even just to go say hi to your hubbie. ( I used to go in and help him, but I got sick of sexist brothers reckoning I couldn't help properly, little did they know i probably knew more than they did about building, I spent a lot of time on building sites)
When we had kids he used to go alone. Left me with the kids all weekend alone, didn't mind that soo much. But when he'd come home he'd be exhausted and real cranky for the rest of the week. Guess who copped it, yep me and the kids.
In the end I grew to loathe them.

i'm finnaly biting the bullet and getting it done.. at 10am tomorrow morning i'm getting my wisdom teeth taken out.. .

I'm feeling much better and am back to normal. A little discomfort, with teeth readjusting, but fine.
I'm tottlay surprised with how good it all went and how fast I recovered.

Thank's again for all your sympathy and support.Phill, Yep us aussie girls are tough. I had all four out, Figured if I was going to be in pain I may as well get it done and out of the way.
Been sleeping a lot, took some pain killers earlier which helped.
Have not taken any for 11 hours and am feeling ok. Still a little battered and swollen, but no near as bad as I though it was going to be.
Going to potter around a bit then head back to bed.
