how are yall doin' on the self-empowerment experiment?
i hafta say that while i haven't completely gotten the hang of the sweetness of words and tones of voice, things have drastically changed for the better.
i've finally gone from no work much at all to plenty of work and none of it has been too taxing, sweet, sweet ppl to deal with and consequently my financial situation is reviving.. any results for yall?
Maybe I'll get this down with my boss I have now and I won't feel like I'm in a battle royal all the time when I get a new job!
Seems the only way I can tolerate this boss is to stay away from him! and that isn't working on anything . Thats hoping he'll go away!

I am still practicing! ,patience and actually it has came at a really good time also! The place I see the most benefit is at home. Where it should be the best anyway.
The main thing with me is I ' stop' and think now. so a conscious effort is being made to think positive, I'm still re-acting in some negative ways but the thinking more positively and in acting it , part is kicking in so that helps.
It's been a worth it trial and error process.

This was an interesting read when it originally came up, And now has taken on a new meaning to me.Following a few discussions lately. So I'm glad it came up to remind me how simply,complex the meaning of love is. hehe. Seriously!

My son-n-law was reading the first in this series of books and he recommended the first one to me. I'm so glad he did altho' out of my ordinary line of books they are imo great adventure. And I liked the characters! And the good thing is we waited 'patiently' for each new story to be released... you will be saved that agony!

I am reading the Celestine Prophecy, by James Redfield.
And I'm still reading,,,A Year by the Sea, Thoughts of an Unfinished Woman by Joan Anderson.....Since it's taking me so long to read it I wonder if that says something about leaving things 'unfinished'?

i had my two girls with me today.
they were as beautiful and loving and caring as ever.. they each had their own favorite dolls that they cared for much like i care/d for them.
it was beautiful to watch!!!!!!!!.
It was psychologically fascinating to watch each person's reaction to the big stuffed bear. The expectant dad hugged it, then passed it to the guy on his right. That guy held it out and made it do a little dance. The third person looked at it unemotionally and passed it on. Another one hugged it, and so on. Knowing these people as I did (most were attorneys), what each of them did with the stuffed bear reflected their attitude about other people and life in general. Very interesting.

I have all kinds of Dolls and Stuffed animals as mentioned I can't throw them away, But I do give them to young uns'.
My Barbies are my favorites! and now that I have a grand-daughter folks don't talk bad about me when I play them as long as she's with me.
I have some really cool cars also! I kept all the kids toys! the boys and my daughters.
I'm a weird guy myself, maybe one of the weirdest on this board. I'm old enough now that I kind of like being different
