And if you want official documents on the Nazi thing, the UN scandal, abuse, it's all on the net. Just look. Even if you consider 99% of it lies, that one percent is enough to get you thinking.
Nothing is all bad, even religion, but I'll tell you that the JW's and the GB are getting there quickly. Just look at official documents and only use the publications to prove them wrong. Don't listen to us, investigate for yourself, what you'll find is infuriating.

i saw this on saturday and.... now i am a servant of the dark lord bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!.
... it was very cool.. visually very faithful to the books; eerything looks as it 'should', which is really hard.
the screenplay was an acceptable compromise between the brevity neccesary in converting a book to a film, although one part (the dursley's leaving privett drive to escape the letters and being hunted down by hagrid) was done very badly.. the actors were excellent, and (thank god, nothing against american's, but i object to english stories being americanised for no reason other than american cultural imperialism) an excellent cast of top-quality 'supporting' english, or i should say british (as robbie coltraine is great as hagrid (and big!
I didn't mind episode one, although I was a little disappointed myself. I know people got put out over the immaculate conception thing(which I thought was interesting), and the little kid was annoying, but I liked Quigon and ObiWan's characters. It's just Lucas' dialouge that is horrible. The guy writes every movie like it's 1962. But, storywise, it wasn't that bad. I just wish he had done phantom menace a little more seriously.
The next one will be better, but don't expect too much in the way of dialouge-it same old George.

i'm truly amazed and had no idea unitil yesterday surfing on a whim i decided to confront my past.
it's a blessing for me and i feel another turning point in my life because now i have lots of people to talk to and i know now that i wasn't and i'm not going crazy and that it's not just me.

let me tell you all about my brother.. i love him to bits so please remember this when you are reading this post.. my brother is 20 years old and was away from the "truth" for about a year as he had a "worldly" girlfriend.
about 4 months ago they broke up and suprise, suprise he started attending meetings again!.
two weeks ago, he texted me on my cell phone for my neices number as they had lost touch and were good friends.

one thing that has always kinda ticked me off with the society depiction of paradise, is the completely bland, devoid of personality, stepford wives-ish look given to paradise pics in the publications over the years.
peeps walkin' around smilin' for no reason, no attention given to a cultivation of technology, the arts, space exploration.
there never seemed to be any point to paradise.
All of it is scary.

i haven't read up enough and discussed enough to formulate a rock solid opinion on all the ins and outs of the whole issue, and i like to have rock solid opinions on just about everything (but i don't push my views on anyone or consider opposing views "wrong," that's something else i have a strong opinion about).
