  i was just wondering when the jw teach the world will end?

  cuz wasn't it supposed to be in 1914 or something?

  but thats not the end of the world, thats the end of that life, remember more are born at a steady pace, but not ending the world

  as r51785 said, i think that my world will end when i'll die.

  if i'm lucky, it will be in 60 year(i'm 21 years old) and if i'm very lucky, it will be in 70 year.

  ah but what about the "other sheep" who spend so much time going door to door to spread the false teachings of their church, don't they get to live on earth forever? hope the fire doesn't hurt them too much

  Well well, you misrepresented the Catholic church, we're not a cult, we're actually allowed to have an open mind and look for the truth and not say that anything against us is "the devil" or is "evil" and I've always though of a cult being "Obsessive, especially faddish, devotion to or veneration for a person, principle, or thing" or "A religion or religious sect generally considered to be extremist or false, with its followers often living in an unconventional manner under the guidance of an authoritarian, charismatic leader. " and your little "Spooner, I hope your class essays are a little longer. Are you shooting for a good grade?" Just incase you didn't know, an essay and a message board are completly different.

  "How do you think a God of love would condone you people tearing families apart?"

  God didn't do that, original sin did that. Original sin is the reason there is so much war, violence and hurting. You can't just blame God on something like that.

  of course we don't just die totally when we "die" your soul is judged based on how you live, some will go to heaven some to purgatory and some to hell. not just the lucky 144000 will go to heaven.
