  do you still subscribe to the wt & awake?

  i am curious because i noticed that some here seem to know what is coming up in the current mags (i know some people here are active jw) -- but if you are df'd or inactive (like me) do you still like reading the mags?

  i have found that i have no desire to see the magazines -- let alone read them.. thanks.. purza (who is just curious)

  It happend more or less daily at school the first years. I didn´t like the way they treated me for. Being JW up here isn´t the best way to make friends. Actually religion is not accepted at all. Your weirdo right a way.

  When doing territory, did you prefer streets or blocks?

  having done field service in the uk, i preferred working streets as opposed to blocks in the us.

  working "blocks" was confusing, as more often than not, we would have no idea which way to go, or how far to go.

  at least with a street, you could work over and over and completely cover it, and not have to write "stopped at 125 xxx ave".

  I didn´t care as long as it was far away from home. Minimising the risk of meeting someone I knew. Rural was best for that reason.

  however, i really like this one girl that is just kind of in the organization.

  she was born into it but her family was never serious about it.
