I QUIT!
by Yerusalyim ini quit....smoking that is, my pack to 1 1/2 pack a day habit...i quit june 4th, not a single cigarette since then...though 5 to 7 pounds...are ya proud of me...huh huh huh....i had a few of ya hoping i was leaving the board....ha!

If you´re anything like I was when I quit smoking, then take my advise. Don´t let any guns around you. At least the first year. I got the worst possible temperament. Other than that CONGRATULATIONS. Lazy

Last time I was in Germany, They served Lumumba with dark rum. It was even better tasting.
"Lumumba
A hot drink with cocoa and cognac or brandy.
40-60 ml cognac or brandy
hot chocolate
top with whipped cream
Build in a coffee glass or sturdy wine glass.
Decorate with grated chocolate.
