In all these articles, I can't see where it clearly states the title of the documentary. Did I miss it, or maybe it's yet unnamed?

Penny, are you an atheist?
No, I'm a Christian. But I don't want to be an ignorant one. I don't want to be uneducated and scared of the other side of the issue like I was as a JW. I just want to give myself a rounder view.

Changing your diet - meat, dairy, sugar
by Pleasuredome ini have just finished reading 'confessions of a kamikaze cowboy' by dirk benedict.
in the book he talks about how 'macrobiotics' (exclusion of meat, sugar, dairy among others) helped improve his health and fight cancer.
a lot of what he says about food resonates with me, so im curious.

When my husband was diagnosed with cancer we went full-out on macrobiotics. Even going to cooking classes with Margaret Lawson, who used to own the macrobiotic restaurant in Dallas. It's a really healthy way of eating, extremely nutritious, though most people would consider it restrictive. It needs to be modified some for young children because they have different requirements.
Four years later we still eat it regularly, but not rigidly. Husband is in remission.
I have some great macrobiotic cookbooks to recommend, if you'd like.

Didn't get one, and I'm home most of the time. If they skipped me because of my "no soliciting" sign on the door, then they've skipped a large portion of homes.

Most notaby, this was done when an animal was killed for food.
Does the Bible mention any other times blood is to be poured onto the ground? How about when an animal was killed in self-defense, but not eaten? Did it only apply to mammals? How about birds and fish?
What about people? Does the Bible ever speak about a person's blood being poured out, other than metaphorically?
How does the society make the jump from animals killed for food to human blood?
I have to take my son to his taekwondo class now (gasp), but look forward to any replies tonight.

Tyre shall never be rebuilt. Failed prophecy?
by GBSJG inaccording to ezekiel 26:14 tyre will never be rebuilt after it is destroyed.
the society says that after nebuchadrezzar alexander the great came and finally destroyed tyre.
but in insight on the scriptures they also mention that tyre was rebuilt and later jesus and paul go to tyre.

Smoking when pregnant.
by Moomin inon the radio today they spoke about people who smoke when pregnant.
a woman rang in and said it was probably absolutely fine as her mum smoked when pregnant with her and she turned out alright?!?
the news was that some young mothers-to-be are deliberately smoking as they heard that it will make the babies smaller and therefore easier to give birth to.

Actually, I think the biggest factor in birthweight it that smoking constricts blood vessles, which is where baby gets his oxygen/nurishment. I've read that after only two cigarrettes babies in utero show signs of oxygen deprivation and make very agitated movements.
Although I would never encourage a mom-to-be to drink, even moderately, smoking throughout pregnancy seems to be much more detrimental.
