the governing body is the only channel of communication with the supreme being.
they identify themselves as the faithful and discreet slave.. if they are faithful, why do they write checks that bounce using jehovah's checking account?

Who ARE the 144,00??
by TallTexan inthere have been a couple of posts recently about the 144,000. since the wt theory is bogus, i ask the forum, "who are the 144,000"?
i know the traditional view of some religions is that they are 144,000 literal jews who will convert near the gt to witness to the jewish population.
not sure that makes a whole lot of sense to me.

The newest article on infertility
by DaCheech inhey out there, back in the days when my wife and i was trying to have kids, we were worried and it took 1 1/2 years to conceive.. .
this latest wt or awake, (since right now i'm pissed): does nothing but bring out negative sides to every issue of fertility (or adoption) possibilities!.
i'm mad as heck!

My friend was counseled not to wear black shirts. My wife was told not to wear boots to service.
I was counseled not to hold hands with my then girlfriend, until we were engaged (now my wife)
lets. see............ Ooooh, If I was to read the WT in the congreg. I was to read it 4 times at home!
