I'm surrounded by Witnesses!
by Anony Mous inas some of you remember, i was quite active last year on here, getting out of the cult and in the process losing my wife, having my child kidnapped by wife under supervision of elders, long drawn-out custody and divorce disputes which came out largely in my favor.
all of that is nearly over, the judge is signing off on the last pieces of paper.. so what happened since?
got a girlfriend, got into different lifestyles and i am for the first time very happy with my life.

Even "non-profits" have someone at the top that makes a healthy profit! (administration)
There are quite a few college courses on "phylantropy", and they also teach that, because it's a good profit-making enterprise!
Even "good" organizations like the Red Cross and the Salvation Army has good paid CEO's!!!
something to think about????
In my book, many of these are just a big $$$$ making bullshit enterprise!

this is exactly the reason why many Jehovahs Witnesses have mental problem.
They are trained from an early age, that EVERYTHING has to pass Jehovahs approval, that many people's minds go bonkers on thinking ONLY about sinning!
My sister used to have nightmares, for some reason she used to associate dreaming about BAD with committing the "unforgivable sin"........... when
confronting the elders, did they tell her: "it's only a dream"????
No, they kept on telling her to pray more, and jehovah would take them away!!!!

sammie, a couple of weeks ago there was a CSI (new york) episode where a pizza shop owners son (in manhattan) was smuggling cheese to canada (he was killed because someone though he had cocaine).
wanna know why he was smuggling and making some $$$$? because it cost 3-4 dollars more a pound there (I guess the governments cut or something)

i think it would be really cool if we could get people around the country or world to donate fake money in the contribution boxes that have thought provoking messages.
kinda like money tracts.

Do's and Dont's on debating JWs online
by Emery inrecently i have seen an increase number of former members trying to argue ttatt with jws on youtube, news articles, facebook and public forums.
for the most part, i do not see a lot of vicious or hostile debates when former members are trying to show ttatt, but i have seen some arguments and approaches turn out very ugly, to the point of many face palms.. i remember there were several instances that completely turned me off towards ttatt as a believer because "apostates" would be entirely reprehensible and would fit the bill of what the society termed "mentally diseased".
i cannot fault ones here who have gone on a similar rampage now that i understand how people lose everything and everyone they love.
