Recording of AH MacMillan and others

here's an interesting website with a collection of recorded talks by many of the 'historic' people in the wt organization.

i only listened to one, by ah macmillan, from about 1960 or so, but there are many to choose from.

Hi Joe, I have used his services. He charged me around $200USD (this was around $250CAD at the time) for an hour of his time. This was in 2014.

He's not a psychologist, but counselling services in Canada are around $150CAD an hour, so he charges around 70% more than a counsellor. Expensive, yes, but not ridiculously so.

Peru also has the same law. But it is not as followed. Almost everyone from Chile will tell you that the KH's put the flag, but not many from Peru. But some KH's in Peru do put the flag.

Does anyone walk by the flag on the KHs and salute it? Any uniformed soldiers for example?

You never know. But technically, by the definition of the 2002 Watchtower, they're being "asked" to "hold it so that others can salute"... so... yeah.

It is splitting hairs.

If the law requires you to put a flag... that's ok. If the law requires you to hold a flag... that's not ok. If the law requires you to somehow participate in the ceremony... that's not ok. If you want to wear your national team's colors on a jersey... not ok...
