This entire article is BS the majority is being repressed by WHO? I mean the people doing the REPRESSING are what? I mean atheist are a small (but growing) minority, Muslims are a minority, Hindu's are a minority... I mean WHO THE HELL IS REPRESSING THEM?

We actually had this happen with our NSF's for a much smaller amount (about 7500) when I worked for Barnett bank and the person took the money and the bank drew up a repayment plan and the person paid it back over about 3 years.
If this was just a banking error where you go to the atm and see 10 million you better not take it but a loan is a loan is a loan and the bank telling the judge 'yeah but we gave them a larger loan than we meant to...' Well I've never heard of any bank winning that fight. I'm sure it happens but not in this case.
Now the facts may have gotten skewed here but if the story happened as REPORTED my 10 still says they get off!

No guys I used to WRITE overdraft loans. They were credit based LINES OF CREDIT. If you overdraw your account by $100 then the bank gives you a short term LOAN for the amount if you over draw by $19 or $48 or $50000 it's all the same the bank extends you CREDIT to cover the overage it's a LOAN from the bank. There are payment terms and conditions just like any other loan. If they bank intended to loan them $10 and instead loaned them 10 million it is STILL technically a loan.
If they just mistakenly put the 10 in their account on a deposit or even just a bank error it's covered by different laws and conditions.
I'll bet that if this is an NSF situation as it was described that they get off. I've got $10 says I'm right (NOT 10 million!)

I don't know if it IS the equivalent of robbing the bank! I think legaly it is a loan. I'll bet a sharp lawyer looks at the overdraft paperwork and gets them off! I mean when the bank gives an over draft it is a loan. Admittedly a SMALL loan but it is STILL a loan, and usually subject to the exact same terms and conditions as a normal bank loan. If the bank puts in 10 million instead of $10 it is STILL a loan so I would have hauled ass to a lawyer and said 'can I consider this a loan?' If he says yes I would grab the money and say 'I'll pay you back when I can!' and go go go go!
When the money ran out I would just declare bankruptcy...

" the parents saying how dad works part-time in a crap job just for petrol money and bare necessities!
they relate how one day after witnessing the had no money left due to car repairs for food, but.....jehover provides...a vegetable truck must have taken a corner too fast and dropped some produce in the gutter....dinner said the pioneer kids....jehovahs blessing on us!.

Maybe it's because people who believe in invisible men in the sky have inherent mental stability problems? Certainly anyone who believes that a dead carpenter is going to solve all of earths problems can't be trusted to have a position on cleaning up the environment or making strides to help societal woes after all jesus is going to take care of it so why do we really need to do anything? Anyone who truly believes that god gave us his word to show us how things should be done in regards to justice can't be trusted to do anything decision wise in a legal setting! Anyone who believes that god has made his moral standards in regard to health care plain in his book can't be trusted to provide adequate patient care and is certainly not promotable in the hospital!
Now in the US all of that idiocy above makes you a BETTER choice for those jobs! I mean what better qualification could someone have to head up the environmental protection agency than the firm belief that the environment doesn't NEED to be cleaned up as Jebus is going to do it? Friggin retarded... However in most of western Europe that's not the case anymore AND THANK GOD FOR THAT!
I'll give you a perfect example. We have an RN who is a witness she won't give blood she won't assist with some procedures she won't do this she won't do that the list is pretty friggin long. At the beginning of every shift a charge nurse has to HAND SELECT her patients for her... It's bullshit! Now if she wants to go to the MICU or NICU she isn't going to get hired because she' can't or WON'T do her friggin job! I'm sure she'goes on and on about how persecuted she is at the hall but the reality is that she ISN'T!
