  UPDATE: telling my parents I dont believe in God

  my parents have noticed my negative and sad attidude lately, whenever were going to the meetings or studying and so on.

  but they just think that i am negative and sad in general.

  i dont think they think that its spesifically because im being dragged to the meetings.. so lately we have had a lot of "serious" talks, because theyre worried for me.

  Isn't there something in the European Childrens Bill of rights about kids having the right to worship or not as they see fit?

  Just tell them no... If they refuse to comprimise sue them for support! Make them get you and apartment and pay all your bills! Ha worked for my younger brother he had an apartment at 14! He's had more girls there than I've ever seen! Sick little bastard! I'll bet Overbeer, and Valis were like that growing up! Now years later him and my parents get along great! He even let them move in with him for about 6 months when they moved from NY to NC (he was about 20 then) while they were in the process of buying a house! Sometimes space really helps with relationships!

  It is true, I am a witness of Jehovah. Many people have put their faith in God. It would be ungodly for Jehovah not to listen to all those with faith. The nations are trampling on holy ground set aside by Jehovah for those that He chooses to place. No human has the right to undo the promises made by Jehovah found in the book of Jeremiah. It is written.

  You have got to be the most inane person on this forum by a mile brownhole! Jehover is a lying sack of $hit! He promised the Jews that entire land for ever and ever and all eternity, then they lost it within a few decades. Now a couple of hundred years later they have a tiny slice of what they claim to once have had... Where's the milk and honey where's the peace and grapes?   Pioneer Pace!

  i never had the priveledge to go to any pioneer school or anything, so i was just wondering if there was any special training for this pace that the pioneers walk at, (it is not just limited to the pioneering ones..but they seem to have it mastered) it is noticeable from a mile away, usually breifcase swinging, one arm gesticulating, but not much progress being made.

  I always booked so I could get done then just figured out my time as if I had gone slow... "lets see I walked that street in 5 min but if I had walked slow I would have gotten 15 and then hummm.... so total is ummmm divide the 2 carry the 3.... ummmm 2 hours!

  Didn't take to many years before I could get two hours on a saterday morning while driving to the beach!

  I would love to see a low pollution high speed rail system in place I would use it all the time but the problem with the US is SIZE it's huge! if you go to england and say "hey lets go to france today" everyone freaks out france is 70 miles away we can't go that far! "oh my god you yanks are insane!"

  Yet I regularly drive to Orlando to go to disney... (get this) to eat at a RESTURANT AT EPCOT THAT ME AND MY WIFE LIKE! We don't even do the park we drive down (147 miles) eat and watch the fireworks then drive home! Now don't get me wrong we love to go for the weekend and stay but it's not a foregone conclusion by any means!

  Or another example my dad and I got a wild hair and went and played golf in Savannah about two weeks ago... left at 8 am got on the course about 10:30-11 played 4hrs and drove home... round trip had to be 250+ miles!

  I drive over to the gulf to dive all the time even if I go here in jax I have to go 15-40 MILES offshore in a boat that gets nothing like good mileage... if I go over to the gulf in my EXCURSION (yes flame away I don't care) I get 13-16 mpg highway so thats 20 gallons fuel roundtrip (give or take a smidge) then the boat gets about 3 miles to the gallon (Its based on gallons per hour not mile so this is an estimate I may be WAY off in either direction) so then I'm out 30-40 gallons in the boat I've used aprox 60 gallons of fuel in one day!!!!! But what's the alternative? I can't even foresee electric boats and to pull my 6000lbs boat? A honda hybrid? Ain't gonna happen my friends, wish it would! Even if they put in a rail system how do you get a 25ft boat on a train?

  As "insane yanks" we take all this for granted but how much would it cost to run a high speed rail for the two trips that I COULD take the train? BILLIONS maybe even TRILLIONS! We voted for a high speed rail several years ago here in florida and then in Nov we repealed it as financialy unfeasable...

  My mom works as a paralegal for CSX and the company is billions in debt! They can't afford to stay open much less post a profit! The gov't bails them out on a daily basis... Most of the people who are in "control" aren't evil genuses who are trying to keep this stuff under wraps! They are just like you and me they would like to see more enviromentaly frendly stuff but it's the implementation that is so hard...I don't know what the solution is but it's mpt going to be easy it is however easy to point fingers (right Rush?) real solutions ain't that easy baby...

  I think if you would agree to go to the middle east and say your message loudly and repeatedly to everyone you meet that you would have a great "send off." There are plenty of people here who would pitch in to help with the ticket price... I just want some Muslim news outlet to release the footage of you being blown straight back to jehover... with a bazooka!

  Stainless Steel Refrigerators

  i'm shopping for a new refrigerator and wanted to get your opinions on stainless steel appliances.

  i love the look of them - but i've heard it is difficult to keep them looking nice because of fingerprints, etc.. .

  i've seen some other finishes that look like stainless steel - they have a sateen coating that doesn't smudge and streak like stainless.

  The current problem with stainless is that in a few years your kitchen will be "dated" it's said that stainless never goes out but with some things thats not the case! If you get a Wolf or Thermadore thats always going to be cool but kitchenaid or pro-chef... not so much even the top end models for these brands will be dated soon...

  If we can have a 500+ page book about Clinton's freaking life (add hilery and get 1000+) why the hell do I have less than 100 pages about Jesus! Why the f*ck do I have 150 psalms but 16 chapters of the book of Mark?
