The GB are the most educated and intelligent men on earth. They've read over 50 years of the Watchtower and Awake! Nothing can compare to that.

are the governing body of the wt wickedly smart with extremely high iq or are they leaders of the wt because they were at the right place at the right time.
(in other words, pure luck )-think lottery.
ive seen them talk in jwtv and you can never convince anyone in the whole world that these guys are in the same category as someone smart or cunning like jim simons who founded renaissance technologies or bill gates.

i was just wondering who else on here cleans for a living.
we all know the dubs' penchant for cleaning, so i was wondering if my wife and i were the lone cleaners on here.
we've cleaned together for 15+ years now.
Get in touch with Mr. Flipper. He is very successful with his cleaning business.

PS....nothing wrong with a cleaning business at all. Money to be made if you work it right. Being self employed and happy/successful is wonderful!
first of all; i must admit that i'm not a huge fan of putting people in boxes like this, it is not an exact science.
but i still think the data can be quite interesting and i intend to collect it and share it in a structured way with you guys.
so without future ado here are the details.. link to test: .
I just now did this and agree with it.
I am ESFP

ray franz who gave us insight into the gb due to a crisis of conscience was an absolute moron, with absolutely no critical thinking skills whatsoever like all of us have.
i mean, to have a conscience based on some magic man in the sky.. how stupid can you be?
in search of christian freedom?
To quote an old song from the 1970's.........."Were you born an asshole, or did you practice your whole life?"

i wondered when it would happen!
twice this past week, they have had the cart set up at the end of the kh property on the main road.
the two people with it were sitting about 100 feet back, in the shade of a tree.
cognac....no...didn't say anything since I was just driving by to do another little thing in my life other than JW stuff. It's been about 14 years since I last engaged in bothering people by knocking on their door (very lightly by the way).lol
freemindfade....I worked with an elderly Rutherford era sister back in the 1970's who was originally from eastern Europe and still didn't master English. At the door, all she would say was "Watchtower...you take!" Boy did I hate being paired up with her.

The two people with it were sitting about 100 feet back, in the shade of a tree. Today about 20 minutes ago, I saw them set up at the city park. The cart is on the sidewalk and three people are sitting in the shade of a covered pavilion about 50 feet away. I guess it is the same all over the world where these are being used. Don't approach anyone, just count your time. What a WASTE of time! Then again, the door to door ministry was a WASTE of time also.

governing body member david splane has a new video on tv.jw.org where he talks about all the horrible things committed by martin luther and the protestant reformers.. his conclusion is that there has been no faithful and discreet slave on the earth during the past 1900 years (before 1919 i guess.).
he also says that maybe there were a few anointed on earth, maybe not.. he did add an interesting statement that he doesn't condemn the other churches just for misunderstanding the bible because the society has done that.. another odd point, was that he actually mentioned catholic missionary work in a somewhat positive light, while totally condemning the reformation views on predestination..
After way too many years(decades) of believing the GB, It seems that they have become apologetic to a point. They will never admit the extent of the harm their policies have wreaked on the sheeples but these days they have no choice but to admit to a very small responsibility of making wrong statements.
In plain words........they want to appear sincere and cover their asses. As religion goes.....they don't have any more clue as to what's happening as the fundamentalist's belief that Jesus is about to come again. As my late father in law use to say......they are like the cat......full of wind piss and vinegar. I don't have a clue to what that ever meant but probably they are full of themselves.

so this weekend there was a part about not following jesus at a distance.
the speaker made a big point of stating that any baptized jw male who was not either appointed ms/elder, or at the very least "reaching out" actively, was in fact following jesus at a distance.
he said that the only way to live through the big a was to follow jesus closely.
I still can't believe I bought into the WT bullshit for over 30 years. Here I am 68 years old and happier than ever that I got the balls to walk away and salute them with my middle finger. Mental, emotional, psychological, and physical freedom is greater than winning the lottery (of course I would love to win the lottery and have no money worries).
If you read my early posts, you will see that I was quite screwed up. Went through the "born again" experience" and was nasty to some posters. Now I am very mellow in my life of just being me. Don't quite know what I believe today but that is ok because I am happy. This JW religion is more than screwed (I prefer to use the F word but am trying to be nice) up.

a member of the writing department was gracious enough to allow me to interview him about the "overlapping generation" doctrine.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eo1o5qmagu.
Ohhhhhhhh yeah! I haven't had such a good laugh in a long time. Keep them coming.
