  I Care a Lot (2020) One of the worst movies I think I've ever seen

  my wife and i were intrigued by the trailer, which looked like a humorous, over the top, dark comedy.. the story centers around the unscrupulousness of a female attorney named marla grayson (rosamund pike) who makes her living by preying on old people.

  grayson has her victims declared mentally incompetent, locks them away in a care facility she has bought off and then liquidates and pockets their assets as their court appointed guardian.. (spoilers ahead).

  ms. grayson humorously makes the mistake of singling out a seemingly helpless retiree name jennifer peterson (dianne wiest) as her next target.. grayson however, quickly discovers that peterson has millions of dollars in diamonds in a safe deposit box and far from being helpless is the mother of roman lunyov, (peter dinklage) a russian mafia figure who is not terribly happy with this turn of events.. up to this point, the movie was great.

  I loved it and they left it open for another season. She was shot, but they did not show that she died.

  The prime example of this is two Kingdom Halls in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The first picture is the old Central KH. This KH was where Albert Schroeder was head honcho a long time ago. This KH was where all the "A" list people attended. It is now an Islamic Center. The second KH is one that I attended for a few years before fading out. It is in White Oak, PA. It was sold in 2011 for $215,000. It is now a church called The Shekinah Temple.

  Do You Tip At Eateries?

  if you go to a restaurant, do you tip and typically how much?

  if you were given a 90 minute time frame to eat at a restaurant, would that restriction limit your tipping to the waitress or waiter?.

  also if you order a coffee and donut and pick it up, do you contribute to the “tip jar” that’s on the counter?

  If you can't tip at least 20%, don't go to a restaurant. Go to McDonald's or some other fast food take out place. The wait staff/servers at restaurants don't make minimum wage. That's just how it is. They depend on tips to fill out the difference.

  well, there is an interesting interview with larry graham and his family that has a variant on this, where he says that we're living in "the last of the last of the last days".

  Would it be right to post Memorial Zoom codes?

  i have come into possession of memorial zoom meeting codes for tonight that cannot be traced back to me.

  i will not be attending.

  what are your thoughts on posting these codes so activists can join tonight and maybe say something?

  Did The Witnesses Mess Up Your Sex Life?

  most of the witnesses i knew never really talked about sex.

  whatever couples did was pretty much kept quiet.

  every once in a while a wife might complain to the elders or a friend that the husband is too demanding or even immoral because of the sex practices the husband wanted.

  Yes they did. It didn't stop me and my late wife from enjoying oral though. It was only after she died that I was really messed up about having sex with other women. I think it was psychological problems that became physical problems to the point that not even Viagra and Cialis helped much. Now I'm too old and can only remember what it was like and how fun it was.

  i had my 1st rona vaccination last saturday.

  i had the one i jokingly call the asteroid xenomorph.. the whole thing was well organised.

  i felt fine until the next day.

  I got my first shot yesterday March 12th. The second one is in 3 weeks. It was the Pfizer vaccine. Didn't feel a thing and I am usually sensitive to needles. My arm is just a little sore today. Other than that, no side effects at all.

  What JW Subjects Interest You The Most On This Site? What Doesn’t??

  i like subjects that delve into the history of the religion and proofs that the witnesses are not the true religion.

  i’m not so much into apologists saying we need to go to meetings, especially if the poster looks like a scammer trying to get ex jws going.

  Like badcompany said: "I have mostly come here to escape politics. If I want politics I have dozens of sites to go to." There have been way too many topics on politics for quite a while now. Because of this, this site has become somewhat boring the past few years and we have lost some great posters who have been here for years because of this.

  i stopped going to kingdom hall meetings about nine years ago.

  i was fading for the longest time, refused to go out in field service, dropped out of the ministry school talks, no longer answered at the watchtower study, arrived at the meetings the last second, and left as soon as possible.

  i couldn't take attending the meetings any longer.
