  Shunning? What About The Children??

  hi to eveyone,.

  i was d'fd 18 months ago, i was prepared for the shunning within my family and the borg of all my friends (as i never associated with "worldly people") but i have been totally blown away with how nobody cares about my 2 young children!!.

  my kids have not heard from their aunties and uncle since i was thrown out in feb '01.

  I am sorry for your kids. It is the same with my mum who is still a JW, she is getting a lot less people coming over since I got DF'd. Not that she minds....

  Oh no! Anchovies is great, an American Pizza Hut pizza, with cheese and anchovies. Mmmmm, just tastes great. Unfortunately for me, here in the Netherlands, pizzas taste differently.

  O now why did you have to bring anchovies up? Now I have a craving right for those pizzas and nothing I can do about it!

  the first time i saw the ocean, and it marvelled me, i could've starred into that ocean forever, i think.

  it was the best 3 nights, 4 days i spent in my life.

  In one year I plan to have my master degree, in History. I am writing my final thesis about the borg, so that should be fun

  And from that, just living life to the max. Enjoying every breath I take, living a life full of people I love, and people who love me.

  given your reaction to mr. andersons letter of resignation recently posted to this board, which seemed sympathetic, i would like to ask four questions of you, which of course you are at liberty not to answer.

  1 ) how do you personally feel about the fact that the wts is now moving to disfellowship mr. anderson for writing that letter?.

  2) if mr. anderson were to begin posting to this board, how would you view him?.

  You Know, I am wondering. Do you believe what the GB says about them being anointed? And then, do you believe that what is said by them, trough the watchtower and other publications, is the word of the anointed - the word of God? Because you said before that you did not agree with the organization on all points. But according to them, that would mean apostasy, arrogance and so on. I am just wondering.

  Also, sorry, but I do not see the logic. If God is willing to prevent evil, but not able, he is not omnipotent. If he is able, but not willing, then he is malevolent. And if he should be both able and willing, then whence cometh evil? (Okay, that's not mine, but Epicures).

  And I would really like to say that I respect the way you defend your faith. Most JW would turn their backs, afraid for discussion.
