i posted this about 2 years ago and just came across it again today.

its definately worth re-posting.

last week while travelling i stopped at a zany brainy store and saw that they had a blimp for sale.

That was so wonderfully funny. I almost got myself into trouble, because you know school computers are only supposed to be used to do SCHOOLWORK...well, i was sitting here laughing so much the teacher came over and gave me just an warning.....that was so funny.......made my day

I can't remember that far back. The only thing I do remember is getting fussed at because i would keep all the ~~big buckaroos~~ donations that were meant for the worldwide work. My step-mom would fuss at me and tell me that it wasn't my money but needed to continue the preaching work. I would then reluctantly put in a buck or two.....

I read that...it was a really good book...I'm waiting until i finish reading all my vampire books and then I'm gonna get "Bleachers"...i think that was the name of it...all of his books that I've read were really good...

as you posters know my mom has been a "devout" jw for over 40 years and just won't bend when it comes to the faults of the wts.

i have talked until i was blue in the face for over 10 years since da'd myself in 1993 but just can't crack my mom.

well she made another ridiculous comment to me the other day in her attempts to get me "reinstated" back as a jw.

I know this is off topic a little but isn't it kind of ironic that right now (5pm CST) that on VH-1 they are showing Purple Rain (the old Prince) and after this goes off they're going to replay the MJ as a child story? I was just telling my co-worker...it's hard to belive that lil freaky man is now a dub.....and then thought to myself...and MJ used to be a dub.....my how the world changes or rather..what the dubs allow changes...well if you really think about it....it didnt change much did it? As long as you have money you can get away with alot....if only MJ hadn't made that darn Thriller video....

i am, right now, watching vh-1's history of the jacksons and in particular, the charges filed against him.. they just showed how mrs. jackson became a devout jw, showed the kh, and a few wt mags.

then, without expecting it, there was bill bowen!

talking about the epidemic of abuse in this church.

I wonder how many people up there in Bethel are watching this right now or watched the earlier broadcast....getting together some new ideas for the KM or other publications about how much they are being mentioned today in a very...no pun intended...."NEW LIGHT".. because i know alot of people are probably watching it and paying more attention to it now because of the court cases coming up........just a thought i had as my coworker and I are sitting here watching it and I'm able to give a "witness" lol about the witnesses......
