I wonder, does it let us in on how Jesus felt. People talk about His physical suffering, but surely that's only the part of it.

There are some I know and now it's really upsetting that I ever met them. I'm unable to trust people in the way we did. If I ever moved I think I'd by a big farm, or somehow make sure there were no jws in the area.

Buy stolen land from the wicked system (who murdered natives)?
Keep their goods to themselves and deny the poor?
Have Christmas and boxing day off? And the rest of the 'worldly' holidays? Easter etc.
Is there any honour in that place?

and whilst i am still an active jw, i have wondered whether my family has noticed, though they have not said anything so far.. jws prayers are not only very stereotyped (despite what jesus admonition about not using the same words, or by extension the same thoughts, over and over again) but also extremely introverted towards the watchtower society.. for example, a typical congregation prayer will include the following thoughts;.
1. bless our congregation.

It's a strange thing to hear about grammatical etiquette having a devastating affect on a society that changes word meanings.
Ask your average dub what jealous means and they think envy: ask them what envy means and they think covet: ask them what charity is and they think almsgiving: ask them what humble means and they think quiet and subservient: ask what worship means and they think homage: ask what awful means and they think distasteful, and on and on and on.

But the wtbts is not response-able (I think that sort of means documented duty to jws). Anyway, as they have sequested accurate English bible translations to start their own up, maybe some strict English lessons would help decipher the lies?
