Strange??? I was a spuervisor for a large building maintance company, I was told about a man that worked remotely for me and that they had tried to fire him..no one would could, they wanted me to do it. I went to the site where he worked and immediatly saw the reason why, he was a black man well over 6'6" and about 280 lbs of muscel, but that wasnt the thing that I saw when I looked into his eyes. He knew what I was there for. I reasoned with him about how it would be easier for him to quite that for use to fired him, his responsce was, "do you know who I am?", I knew his source and said yes, he stated that his name was legions and he knew who I was by the angels who were with me. He quite without somuch as a cross word...go figure, this is a true story.

Didnt you hear the one where a man was bedridden for months, and in the spring e left his window open and a pair of birds began to build a nest on his window sill, well he was very interested in the small engineering feat the birds were doing. After the chicks hatched and the birds left the nest the man began carefully taking the nest apart marveling at it construction. In unraveling the twigs a piece of paper with only one word printed on it, "watchtower". From that he launched himself into finding the watchtower and became a JW...birdbrain.

Your taking devastation in little bites, every time you call, and your doing it to yourself. Your should ask her if she wants you to stop, that will reveal her true colors and put the decission to end family ties on her. So far you have given her the power to judge you and to inflict that pain everytime you talk. It also might bring to light what shes doing and make her think about committing, one way or another.

You can't...you move on and learn from the lesson. If the felling of the heart were that easy to turn off and on, like love...youd make a great JW.
But really, its a matter of who broke up with who and why, its the old thin line betwwen love and hate. When your hurt, betrayed then the fellings do away a little faster. Try focusing on all the negitive in the relationship, that might help.

10 “The birdcatcher,” Satan, sets many traps. (Psalm 91:3) For instance, a former associate may try to induce us to wander off the pathway of spiritual light into the darkness of apostasy. Among Christians at Thyatira, there was “that woman Jezebel,” possibly a group of women teaching others to practice idolatry and commit fornication. Jesus did not tolerate such evils, and neither should we. (Revelation 2:18-22; Jude 3, 4) Let us therefore pray for Jehovah’s help so that we do not wander from his orders but remain in divine light.—Psalm 119:111, 112. I thought this was prophetic, as is the following:
: “As for the sacred secret of the seven stars that you saw upon my right hand, and of the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars mean the angels of the seven congregations, and the seven lampstands mean seven congregations.”—Revelation 1:20. So the sacred secrets are now revealed?
6 The “stars” are “the angels of the seven congregations.” In Revelation, stars sometimes symbolize literal angels, but Jesus, (who’s putting words in Jesus mouth?) would hardly use a human penman to write to invisible spirit creatures. ( UHMM, then nothing else penned by man has to do with the spirit realm?”) So the “stars” must, be the human overseers, or elders, (notice the word “must” and not, ARE, not a commeted statement but one that the organization takes authority for that assumption) in the congregations, viewed as Jesus’ messengers. The messages are addressed to the stars, for these are responsible for the oversight of Jehovah’s flock.—Acts 20:28.

This is just so sad
by troubled mind insince we have faded from the hall most everyone avoids us except for a couple of young ones that will stop by for a visit .
last night a young woman in her twenties came over we talked about several things, and she brought up that a while back she had seriously thought of suicide .
i asked if there were reasons as to why ?

To whom did she dedicate her life too? And whos love is it that she wants? How does she feel about her relationship with Jehovah? These are a few of the root questions she needs to ask herself to truly determine her motives for more service, notice I did not say to pioneer. Jehovah does not bestow titles for service to Him, He is interested in quality of service and devotion, not quantity. What we can do is what we should be doing and in that there is no varying degree of favor or reward. We live under undeserved kindness. Everlasting life is a free gift for us bought with Jesus's life.
