I have a question, do the JW' still believe that....,
by cawshun indo the jw's still believe that they were chosen by jesus as god's one true religion, by what charles russel taught?
do they stand on that or do they feel they were chosen later under rutherford?
if they accept that russel was chosen and rutherford changed things up, wouldn't rutherford be an apostate?.

Hummm, so if no one was chossen untill 1914-thru 1918, then the apostles are members of Christ. Seems I recall that all were choosen from the founding of the world.

how to understand 1 Cor 6:9
by Newborn ini'm not sure if i believe in the bible as god's word anymore.
while some things are very clear in there much isn't.
curious how you understand pauls words in 1cor that adulterers and men who lies with men shall not inherit gods kingdom?

Jesus tells kiddies not to play wih penis' or vulvas?
by lovelylil inon the thread about the pdf for the 2003 listening to the great teacher book, i posted about the arguement my hubby and i had over this book when it first came out.
i threw out the 2 copies my kids had and then regretted it because i think this book is very telling about the wt organization and the issue of pedophiles and child molestation.
i wanted to address what happened here too for discussion.. i am not good at copying over texts so perhaps someone else can post here pages 59-60 in this book where sexual content is explained in vivid detail using the terms penis and vulva.

(Leviticus 15:1-3) The female genital parts are called the vulva. Jehovah created these parts of the body for a special purpose that should be enjoyed only by married people.
