Islam has rights but they don't get to kill people who don't agree with them or even make fun of them. . THAT is the line.
Think how SNL, South park, and a host of comedians ( Carlin) have made fun of religion. Tim Minchin comes to mind.
this incident in paris makes me feel absolutely furious.
yes i feel desperately sorry for the victims and their families no one should have to deal with that.
the thing that makes me feel absolutely incandescent though is the attack on freedom of speech and expression.

i suspect it is valid but i really want confirmation before i click those 3 steps.
there's actually nothing on that screen that says it has anything to do with jwn -- therefore my caution.. len.
I got that too and downloaded 307 items that Malwarebytes said were PUP's. It was Mindspark. It has to do with something called Acebox. You do not need it. It was not as easy as I thought getting off my machine. I had to run MWB 2x in safe mode and run Combofix to finally get the C*rap off my machine. I think it also allowed some other rouge stuff on my machine. I keep MWB on and will never make that stupid mistake again.
It did look very legitimate however.

how is your family handling you not attending meeting and all that? Surely someone has noticed by now?

the new forum originally had a little country flag next to each post showing the country that the post was made from based on the geoip encoding (the country the ip address is from).
before i switched over to the new site someone made an issue about it violating their privacy and i didn't want to complicate and confuse the switchover with policy debate at the same time as technical issues so removed the flags even though i disagreed.. someone has already requested it as a feature and i think it should be added back so i thought it's now time to open the discussion and get everyone's opinions.
first, the reason i think it should be shown:.
I still think there is more potential harm from people being dishonest about who and where they are than there is from anyone having their identity revealed by a country location
I agree with you but still think we should be able to opt out.

SAY WHAT Kate? Did you just go through bohm posting history and drag out something and post it for all to see? Cause if you did, that is way tacky or perhaps threatening is the word I am looking for .

I am agreeing with Scully( quote )
"I prefer to opt out of disclosing that information on my profile. If someone wants to attempt to identify me, they can bloody well work for it,posts, rather than having it automatically served to them on my pr. "
I'd opt out of my country and gender and any info on profile.
btw, years ago it was VERY common for posters to list fake countries of origin . We were all so afraid.
i have written a blog post about the dubs and their scorn of modern medicine and rasputin, while simultaneously touting unproven, dangerous cures.. i wonder what it is about a fake remedy that makes jws believe in it or scorn it?.
I just read your blog and recall all of that Rebel- all of it. We were once invited to a cong get together and it turned out to be a Shaklee party. We showed up and everyone was dressed up really fancy, party. I found out it was a recruiting party for Shaklee and told them we were not the least bit interested - we were asked to leave. We were surprised but not too much having remembered how the jws got all messed up with the pyramid schemes of the 60's.
