The problem with the Muslim religion is the oppression of other religions with their Sharia law. The word Infidel was originally a word used by the crusaders and was adopted by the Muslims. So that means we have all the rights to use that word in referring to Muslims.

the wt even said at one time, "unfortunately, today we must obey governmental laws..." they were discussing the wonderful range of draconian punishments available under the mosaic law but, not to "christians" today.

Talking to someone today and he explained to me how in sharia law countries non muslims have to pay a tax just because they arent muslim. this happens in Iran by Jewish people and if it is not payed muslims have the right to slaughter because of the non payment. This arrangement also exists with the coptic christians in Egypt.

the accident happened in missorie and kimberly the australian will be in hospital for around ten weeks.

Why does the trinity matter... or not?

every jw has a list of teachings that they know 'prove' they are the only true religion.
while they turn to many things in order to prove their points, i have noticed a special tendancy to turn to just a few things in the end.

Of course the majority view is the trinity amongst Adventists.
The Arian view in the early church was a johny come lately and the Nicean creed came out of the creed of Ceasarear. In fact they originally were baptisimal statements and they all had the same basic structure. Barry

Is the WTS stopping Scripture classes globally, or just Australia?
by jwfacts inmy daughters scripture teacher recently told the scripture class that in nsw, australia there will be no more scripture classes.
the reason was that it was too hard to find teachers.
a couple of weeks later a letter was read in the congregations to that affect, and saying that it is a parents responsibility to spiritually raise a child.

Scripture classes are held in public schools in Australia. The kids go to classes run by their particular religion Catholic , Cof E and usually when I was at school the JW kids would be in the playground because no one would show from the WT.
