  sixofnine why dont you read youre own post? "You said at the beginning that Alquida never made demands about about America being Muslim but later in the post there is a reference of calling people to Islam?

  Beleive what you want but Bin Laden is a religious fanatic and no amount of appeasement will satisfy him he beleives the violence of jihad will go on to the day of judgement and nothing any of us do can change his murdereous ways.

  It should also be noted the palestine was never an issue with alquada until recently and the kurdish problem has never been an issue either.

  I beleive that in the Australian constitution written about 100 years ago it gives men permission to beat their wives but not more than ones a week and not with a stick bigger than their little finger. Of course this behavour is now considered in prehistoric terms by todays generation.

  my sister-in-law is recently divorced and went to a witness online dating site.

  she mentioned that many of the witnesses specified that they wanted a white or latino only.

  of course there is nothing wrong with this (personal preference), but i found it interesting.

  Just saw on the TV an angry mob in Sudan they now want the death penalty for the poor teacher. Many said they would kill her themselves and were carrying weapons to carry it out.

  2 years ago i left jws.

  i went to a baptist church because it was what my husband was.

  i knew i wanted to go to church but which one i really didn't know yet.. two years later, i think i have made up my mind: presbyterian.. anyone have anything they want to share?

  In My schooldays we had scripture classes every wednesdays and most times I spent that time with the Presbyterians and sometimes with the Anglicans I found both OK.
