Facts need to be clarified about this issue. Mr. Shiel was terminated from a charity, which I currently serve as a board member, called Approaches To Education, Inc (soon to be changed to Hope International, Inc) for repeated discriminatory remarks about certain religious practices of volunteers. Such comments like ?the reason why you forgot about Easter is because you are not Christian?.I don?t believe you left Christianity (Mrs. Shiel), and according to Mrs. Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Shiel were frustrated that I changed my religion from Christianity to Buddhism. I was very upset at these behaviors and made several very irate emails to him after he was terminated. A third party, Kindra Peterson, decided to involve herself in this issue and defend Mr. Shiel by attacking my reputation. Her outrageous remarks and emails simply hurt Mr. Shiel?s reputation even more. I am not responsible for what she did. Even though there is not much more I can say about this issue publicly, everything I had said about Mr. Shiel is true and accurate. Mr. Shiel has decided not to respond. If I can be told specifically what statements are not accurate I will review them again, but I will not be threatened into silence. The letter you sent me will be made available for public scrutiny.

About the notices I have been sending out to you and the other 8 people that volunteer with ATE, I really don't want you to show up at the meeting. Your services are no longer needed. I have heard story after story of elders and judicial committee that have behaved like you did that day at the Village Inn. In a nutshell you really fucked up. Here is how you fucked up.
Instead of researching into something I was doing on the internet, you should have asked me directly about it. Depending on how you asked me, I might have told you. Asking me, "what are you doing with those," and "do you really need to have those things in order to research them" are not appropriate questions to ask. It's none of your damn business.
Also grilling me with the questions "Do you have a spell book...Do you have a spell book?? was inappropriate. The Log book which had the sample spells recorded in it was picked up by Kindra while she was house-sitting for us. It was not in plain site. That was what Kindra said. Did you know that?
You made the Triggers and phobias ailment a moral issue with your "What were you thinking?" comment, as if it was policy. It was not during a support group when these things happened.
Kindra was already asking me questions about Wicca and related subjects when I brought the tarot card to a meet up. That's what happens when a third party gets involved in a matter he or she really knows nothing about. I am not a Wiccan or a witch; I am studying it. Also to think only in negative terms like being afraid I am going to cast a spell on you is simply ignorant and barbaric. That would be called black magic. Did you know there are also white magic, red magic (passion, love), green magic (prosperity), as well as several types of magic signified by a color? According to Christian bigotry, there is only one type of magic: black magic
Kristin and I are in agreement as to our feelings about this matter, but she does not agree with my decision. There is a non-discrimination clause in the corporate articles and bylaws, and that's why you are being terminated.

What blew me away was the fact these people did not really live in the late 1800 as you were led to believe at first, but some how made their way to a wild life preserve that existed in our day and age. okay, i found this:

and from this whole account, since the members of FOCUS seem to be all former members of CAN, and the members of ReFOCUS were all members of FOCUS, and Mr. Shiel left his position in 1995, that could reasonably be ASSUMED that he was with CAN originally and all the way up to the beginning of ReFOCUS, but it doesn't actually SAY that, you would have to extrapolate it.
I wonder though:

The whole Jason Scott affair seems to be in the mid 1990's, right around the time Mr. Shiel departed. So who was present, and responsible for what?

I found this, which gives the date of Jason Scott's abduction as 1990. the lawsuit was filed I think in 1994. verdict 1995. Still looking.
