Actually it was kinda slow - my finger just got stuck and I kept pushing until it snapped. I spent the next quarter of an hour trying not to pass out (no pain just I'm a complete whuss.)

I bust my finger on Saturday while removing my trousers and socks at the same time. You know how you can get a bit lazy and slip your socks off at the same time as removing pants - well I did that but I got my middle finger stuck in my sock. Getting my finger stuck wasn't the problem, pushing really hard was, I felt my finger snap back on itself and when I looked at my finger I realised I had done something really bad. My finger at the first knuckle was bent at 45 degrees while the rest of my finger was straight. Strange thing is it just looks stupid , it doesn't hurt.
My middle finger is one of my favourite fingers and I am gutted that I may be facing the rest of my mortal life with a bent finger or a lollipop stick stuck on it to make it straight. Please be careful while removing clothing!!!!! -

I like 'Daddy's salad'
Lettuce, tomato, vinegar, low fat crisps crunched up, turkey meat or ham (just a little), 1 fatty item ( I use a potato waffle with a little melted cheese), lots of mixed herbs. Its delicious. -

so to even question their beliefs and wonder what they mean, has been no interest to me.
yet when i am watching something that should not even be about religion and they mention something that makes me wonder, i have to ask.

I fully agree that their are mental gymnastics to jump through in any belief in religion. Here are the statements that I choose to let guide my belief from my religious leaders:

Jeannie - they sound bonkers..! Why do they visit you and bake for you? Are they missionaries? Is this a new 'bake and baptise' program running:) Seriously though are they LDS 'cos thats pretty freaky behaviour to turn up and start baking things for you.
I'd understand it if they are missionaries - in that case the baking will stop as those particular missionaries move on.
I wouldn't understand it if they are regular members becasue except in rare circumstances the members don't go door to door (unless they are ward missionaries but even that's rare - they are a support to the regular missionaries normally.)
Anyhow enjoy the free food.
