  Do you know what today is?

  it's "international women's day".. it seems to me that it would be kinda nice if we started dwelling on some good things.

  god knows we've seen enough negative to last a long time.. anyway, what good things can you think of to celebrate international women's day?.

  how about the women who've made a difference?.

  JW "Prince" buys mansion in Toronto

  just heard on the news this evening that musician-turned jw 'formerly known as prince' has purchased a mansion in the bridlewood neighbourhood of toronto.. purchase price is reported at $5.5 million (canadian$).. but, will he come to the next apostofest??.

  Israel fires on yet another ambulance

  the united nations thursday said israeli forces opened fire on a u.n. ambulance en route to a west bank refugee camp, killing a guard for the u.n.'s aid agency for palestinians.

  u.n. secretary-general kofi annan called the killing "a graphic reminder of the need for the parties to respect humanitarian law and provide security for all civilians.

  " he demanded israel investigate the incident.. if it had been a palestinian ambulance, i'm sure they would have said something along the lines of 'it was being used to ferry hamas members' or some bs like that.

  Woman runs down man in car leaves him 2 die

  this is awful, a woman hits a homeless man, and hes lodged in her windshield bleeding ot death with 2 broken legs, and she drives all the way home, leaves him in her garage and calls friends to find out what to do, and they tell her to dump him somewhere... so he bleeds to death in her garage and she dumps his body in a park.

  and while he was in the garage one of the first things she did was have sex with her boyfriend.. blegh..i'm appaled that this could happen anywhere in the world.

  some of you asked why in the world we go to the kingdom hall to partake of the emblems at memorial when we don't believe in them anymore?

  Garlic in no way shape or form wards off anthrax, thats a dumb urban legend. I'm more interested in the fact that many people reported seeing two planes at the pentagon, some sort of transport plane flying over the plane that crashed into the pentagon, I also heard reports in the news right when this attack happened that the plane that crashed in PA was being tailed by fighter jets. I think the PA plane was shot down but the government decided it better for moral if they let the public think some heros on the plan wrestled controls away from the terrorists (and then nose-dived it into the ground???)
