i stumbled on this site by accident and i'm kind of glad i did.

in the past i have typically avoided these sites because most people on them seem newly bitter and i didn't like the tone.

i was raised a witness by an alcoholic father and an abusive stepmother.

Memorial Alternative

hey what do you guys think of starting up like a thread on the night of the memorial to just relate reasons why we are happy to have left the organization and things we are greatful for?

this is going to be the first year for me in not attending the memorial and i think it might be sort of strange.

believers and unbelievers alike still have reasons to be grateful and i think this could be a nice little tradition every year here at jwd.

here's a song i wrote a few years back for a canary i met in a petshop who really seemed to want me to take him home but i didn't have the $... not sure why i'm posting it here except maybe others have experienced these feelings at one time or another.... shifty little eyes.

I am so sorry for your losses. Makes me sad. I held my dog, Jack, while he died a few years ago and it still makes me break down in tears to think or talk about it.

Help need a link to ...

a site on geocities that had a load of essays on the watchtower.

it included items on why the trintiy was true and why the flood never happened.

if any one knows the one i mean can they post the link.

not sure what that means exactly... I got there fine the first time I tried it out, then this time it said access would be restored w/in the hour...

While I was there I did notice they had a ton of essays.
