Several posters have in other threads nicely explained an intersting problem with the WT's particular teachings on re-creation/resurrection. According to them, there's just the strictly material aspect to all of us. Once we're dead, our consciousness has ended. We're gone. Thats what we're being saved from -- non-existence. Now when the WT says God can bring us back exactly as we were, well thats just bringing back an exact copy/clone of us. What if we were alive now and God made another exact copy of us then and there? Who would you say is the real you? If you werer to unfortunately die so that other one is there alone, does that being become you by default?
Thats one reason why the concept of continuity is not something to be ignored, IMO, whether the resurrection is physical or spiritual.
