gastric by pass surgery
by buffalosrfree ini am going to be under the knife so to speak, will be having gastric bypass surgery and wonder if any of you out there have had it and if you have any suggestions for me????
would appreciate any info.

Hi Buff-I've never had it done but I've known a couple people who have. I think it takes awhile (like any surgical procedure) but you'll recover. Both of the people I knew who had it done were elderly and had other health problems that hindered their recoveries. But they both made it through and are doing fine now. Wish I could give you more but I'm sure you'll be fine-All the best to you Buff.

What do you do when you cant sleep?
by pr_capone ini have been sick for the past few days and i havent been sleeping right until last night.
i took a few tylenol pm and they knocked me right out.
i slept most of today and now that its night time again i cant sleep.. so my question to you is, when you cant sleep... what do you do to finally go to sleep?.

Gretchen-OH, they still make Boone's if you ever want any-you just come on over. Anyway, I didn't think anyone outside of my family knew what Dandelion wine was--my grandmother always said "nothing brings on the smell of the Depression-era quite like dandelion wine."

I'd order some free range beef...haven't eaten beef since last December...the mad cow scared me bad and then I saw this Frontline and--no beef for months. I think I'd also order some buffalo meat. I've never had it before but in my head I imagine it tastes like pot roast...real tender and juicey. NOBODY TELL ME IF THIS ISN"T TRUE. Let me have my damn dreams.
