Mental Illness - diagnosed for me
by Crumpet ini've long known, and most of you probably have as well, that there was something not all there with me.
mostly i put it down to me being bad.
questions i've never been asked before.

Crumps, I was diagnosed and have been on treatment for over 6 years. The most important things I can tell you, in my experience, is to really pay attention to yourself so you can learn when the mood swings are coming. Specially when you feel yourself spiraling down. That adn medication, go a long way in living a very 'normal' life.
I also recommend that you educate the people closest to you about your condition, so that tehy can recognize any changes in you as a symptom to a very real disorder. This may include informing and educating your employer or immediate supervisor.

How Much and for How Long Did You Love Being In The 'Truth'?
by sweet pea inreading tijkmoo's original post about his experience (well worth a read all you newbies...) it made me think back to my experience of being a witness.
up until 4 months ago i had spent my whole life loving being a witness (apart from twinges of discontent when a young girl being left out of attending friends birthday parties) and was a faithful sister who pioneered when possible and was a member of the quickbuild team in my single days.
i felt it was the truth and there was no where else to go.
