Well... allz I know is that when it was happening (see my post above) it sent a chill up my spine. I felt like they were glaring at me and saying "molestor get outa here.."

i have a recent personal experience from "field service" that may shed a little light on this subject.. first, i do believe that many of my "bros and sises" will see this.
they are all dateline watchers, and just knowing their personalities, if they are able, they will watch.. will they talk about it amongst themselves?

I know that the people of my fair city are going to get some "advertisement" about this.
PS:On the backs of more and more of the territory cards, the list is getting longer of "Do Not Do's"... and I think it's going to grow exponentially.... in fact I know it will!:)

What will happen the DAY AFTER?
I have a recent personal experience from "Field Service" that may shed a little light on this subject.
First, I do believe that many of my "bros and sises" will see this. They are all Dateline watchers, and just knowing their personalities, if they are able, they will watch.Will they talk about it amongst themselves? Yes. In FS or among their cliques at party time. But only quietly and not so as to alert the "elders".
What will be affected is FS. My recent FS experience will tell.
I was doing RVs in an area where there are alot of kids. It's a lower income area and kids are running around all over. So, I was with brother elderly (not elder but old as the hills) and we had to do a few "calls".
We walked on up, and as we approached a few dwellings, there were some kids playing outside. I heard a man's voice from an upstairs window, calling the kids to come inside, all of them, and saying "Mom wants you all inside right now! The closer we got, the more frantic his calls.
Then, in the background and upstairs, I heard the Mom call out ...it's okay, they're not coming here."
We passed by as we indeed were not going there, and the man stopped calling the kids. The children resumed their playful activity.
Could somebody tell me what happened here? I KNOW... do you?

Dateline....Not this week.......
by WildHorses ini was just sitting here thinking about the many times people have asked about the airing of the dateline segment.. well, just a thought.
we can move this post up to the top once a week until the show does finally air.
this way people will not ask all the time?.

THE PRACTICE rerun last night and next week!
by biblexaminer inyou all remember the episode of the practice with the blood issue etc and the lady lawyer ... it was on again last night and the second half will air next week.. i think this is good timing.
puts the stuff right back in the face so that it's all fresh for dateline.. kinda it's a primer... get's the blood flowing.
or in this episode not!

by biblexaminer inon the front of the "when someone you love dies" brochure, there is a picture of a young couple walking down the beach.. well, the new brochure is out, and the watchtower has made a pretty good attempt at imitating the old picture, but it's definite that the young couple has been replaced.. the picture is close, but the background is a different scene, close, but different.. and the man and woman walking along are new!.
so... what happened watchtower?
did these people quit the watchtower, and you had to replace them?

I am bringing this to the top of the board. I would like to find out who these people are. For them to have been used for the cover photograph of this brochure means that the had "many years of faithful service" to the BORG, most likely at a Branch office somewhere, if not NY itself, and hence could prove very useful!
Start asking questions people!!!
